Le service complet Flora (12 personnes) et ses plats de service est magnifique. Vaisselle de qualité et bonnes finitions.
Très bon contact par messagerie. Personnes sérieuses et professionnelles et en plus très sympathiques. On ressent le soucis de bien faire et de rendre le client satisfait.
La livraison est super rapide 4 à 5 jours.
N'hésite pas à renvoyer l'article si celui-ci est cassé ou présente un défaut (sous preuve photo bien évidement).
Je recommande ce site sans hésiter.

Bei der Lieferung waren Teile des Sets fehlerhaft. Der Kundensupport hat ganz unbürokratisch Ersatz geliefert. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt und Kommunikation.

Wirklich freundlicher und zuvorkommender Kundenservice. Leider kamen 3 Teile leicht beschädigt an, ich habe sofort die Möglichkeit bekommen entweder eine Erstattung oder einen Ersatz zu erhalten.

I ordered two full sets of Tara dinnerware, and they are beautiful, very heavy and solid, and the terracotta bottoms look so stylish. I plan to have them for a very long time. The "pink" is more beige. It took a few months to get the full order (a few were out of stock, then a couple arrived chipped). But Malacasa consistently responded to my emails and made sure the order was fulfilled in the end.

El producto es lo que se anuncia, material recibido correctamente con la particularidad de que vinieron algunas piezas defectuosas.
Era difícil poder hacer las fotos de los defectos al ser de un color blanco y brillante, y al comentarlo con el proveedor la respuesta fue realmente positiva, nos repusieron el material defectuoso con rapidez y sin otros requisitos, también renunciaron a que les devolviéramos las piezas defectuosas.

Nach meiner Reklamation bekam ich zwar das Angebot einer kostenfreien Nachlieferung allerdings waren auch hier die Teller nicht plan und schief. Anscheinend gibt es nur noch mangelhafte Ware.

Ich habe 2 Sets von der Geschirrserie Flora bestellt. Die Lieferung erfolgte sehr rasch und war super verpackt. Leider stellte sich heraus, dass einige Speiseteller nicht ganz plan aufliegen. Ich habe meine Reklamation per Mail (mit einem kleinen Video) an die Firma geschickt und um einen Lösungsvorschlag gebeten. Die Rückantwort kam innerhalb von 2 Tagen. Mir wurde ein neues Set der Speiseteller zugeschickt! Das nenne ich ein absolut zufriedenstellendes und perfektes Kundenservice!

I ordered 3 items through their website. 2 of them were shipped right away but one wasn't updated for over a week. I contacted them several times and I got response after few days. I was informed my item is out of stock. I could wait for a month for them to restock the item or get a refund. I asked for a refund. No response since then. Still waiting for my refund.

I ordered it, 2 sets of 24 pieces. Contacted dpd because the tracking wasnt updated... dpd said they never received the parcel from malacasa. MALACASA never responded to my e mail either.

I bought a 24 piece dinnerware set from this company on TikTok shop back in the summer, as I was about to complete a purchase on my new house and wanted nice new plates and bowls. I didn’t open them until I moved at the end of September and was absolutely thrilled with the quality of them. They’re well made and look beautiful. Anyway, this week I heard a loud smash from the kitchen, one of the shelves where my cups, glasses, plates and bowls are stored had collapsed resulting in lots of smashed cups and glasses which are easily replaced, what really made me sad was that two of my Malacasa bowls had been chipped. I looked on TikTok to see if I could buy them separately and there wasn’t an option for me to do so. I messaged the company via TikTok who replied really quickly. Although I’d offered to pay, they very kindly have sent me out two new bowls free of charge. They’ve sent my tracking number and I’m completely in awe of how amazing their customer service is. I am so grateful! Well done Malacasa, you’ve made my week knowing I’ll have a full dinnerware set again.

Ich habe heute mein bestelltes Geschirr Veenit Hannah von Malacasa Versand erhalten. Innerhalb 4 Tagen war die Ware da, sehr ordentlich verpackt, alle Teile sind in Ordnung. Ich sehe keinen qualitativen Unterschied zu anderen Anbietern, da ich dieses Geschirr bereits 30 teilig habe, hatte ich mich entschlossen es auf zu stocken . Der Preis war bei Malacasa unschlagbar. Also habe ich wieder den negativen Bewertungen doch bestellt und bin sehr zufrieden. Ich für meinen Teil kann ich es nur weiterempfehlen.

I wish I could give zero stars. I bought a porcelain dinnerware set from this brand, and it literally fell apart within 8 months. Cracks started showing up everywhere, and one of the bowls actually split open just from holding hot soup. Absolute junk.

I reached out for a refund—not a single reply to my emails. Their “customer service” might as well not exist. For the price, you’d expect at least basic quality control, but apparently, that’s too much to ask.

Save your money and your patience. There are plenty of honest brands out there—this one isn’t it.

Got the plates in August and just opened them 2 months later. The plates look nice but one of the 1 of the pasta bowls came damaged. Also in the pictures it looks like everything stacks nicely but they don’t. It is like some of the dinnerware isn’t flat and they don’t stack correctly.

I was skeptical considering the lack of reviews, but thought I'd give it a shot considering how beautiful the products looked. I ordered a colourful set of plates and bowls, they arrived within a few days, packaged well and undamaged. They're beautiful and are of a lovely quality!

Warnung: Teller sind unterschiedlich und sehen dadurch im Stapel schlecht aus. Müslischalen bekommen nach einem Jahr graue Flecken und der Schaden wird nicht mehr anerkannt.
Kann nur abraten obwohl es wirklich schick aussieht die Serie Flora.

Prachtige dinerset 'Luna' gekocht via Malacasa. Ik heb hier met ideal kunnen betalen. De bestelling was 2 werkdagen later in huis, dus een super snelle verzending. Ook was het servies erg goed verpakt en kan je een verzekering tegen schade nemen voor 2 euro voor het geval dat. Bij mij was het servies niet beschadigd, maar het is wel een fijn idee als je verzekerd bent.

Het servies is niet 100% perfect. Van de 32 delige set had 1 schaaltje een bobbeltje en 1 bord zat een vlekje op. Alleen stoort het ons niet echt.
