They placed in order and are trying to send me wrong sizes and I tried to call them and can’t even get a person and sent 4 emails to cancel order. I had to report this to my bank. Don’t deserve a one for a review.
Charged my credit card for items they never sent
I was charged for my order, when my order arrived I about half of my items l listed on the paid packing list. I have tried to e mail them 3 times and tried to call, but their phone box is full. Some of the company web pages appear to be shut down. I am currently disputing the charges on my credit card. Yeah, awesome sales prices...but being charged for items you don't get is horrible and a hassle. Took 3 weeks to get my order and missing over half of what I paid for.

Ordered a shirt at Christmas without issue. Ordered 3 items on March 24th. Never shipped so never received! Emailed them and they’re trying to figure this out and ship asap. Needless to say that was 4 days ago. So much for my Grandson’s Easter gifts….. UPDATE 04/14/23 - Never heard anything from these people! I disputed the charges with my bank. Losers.....

I ordered & it didn't come til 3 days after it was suppose to. Then there were 2 missing items & another item was the wrong size. I've sent several emails & even found a number to call. Noone is returning any communication to me at all! Buyer beware! I'm also wondering why 1 item had Walmart tags on it??? If I could give 0 stars I would!

I ordered a bunch of blippi gear for the world tour I took my son too. I ordered with enough time to get to me before the event. Fast forward to after the event the shipping hasn’t updated in over a week. Tracking hasn’t updated. My package hasn’t moved in over a week and these people refuse to give me my money back. Now I have to go through my bank which is a hassle. Never again. Save ur money and don’t deal with them. I’m beginning to think there was never any items because of their prices. It’s giving full blown scam vibes.

I'll break this down into categories for simplicity.
Shipping:
Processing takes 7-10 days.
Basically just USPS shipped. My 6 items that included a backpack, towel, an outfit, a doll, & more were all crammed into the mailbox. The bag had been torn and retaped shut by USPS. It was so tight, it ripped again coming out of the box.
Items:
One item was the wrong item.*
The rest were fine & undamaged.
Customer Service:
It took 7 days and 2 emails* for them to acknowledge that I had been sent the wrong item. They don't read their sms texts either for nearly as long as it takes them to respond by email.
-They promised to do better and said they would prioritize my item. They told me to msg back if I didn't get tracking for my item.
-They said they would ask their manager about getting me a discount code for my next purchase and would get back to me. (At first they told me to 'ask again later', which just seems shady.)
*They never sent me tracking info.
*They stopped responding to my email after I had returned the wrong item to them.
*No response when I asked for tracking.
*No response a week later when I asked where my item was.
*They wouldn't allow me to review on their site (it doesn't appear after writing one).
*They never sent me a discount after all the hassle, & not even tried to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase/experience.
*They put customers on 'ignore', basically.
*I was left feeling ripped off & without a voice until the package just suddenly arrived one day.
*I wrote a letter expressing how dissatisfied I was, and they ignored that too.
*I think the worst part was feeling like I was being treated like a bad customer, even when I'd wait patiently 3-5 days between trying to contact again. I was completely ghosted.
If you order from them because your child loves Blippi or Cocomelon, just hope nothing goes wrong with your order. I will be ordering from other sellers just to avoid this.
