I want to share my honest experience to help others avoid the same mistake I made. I purchased a large shipment from this supplier as it was the minimum you can buy for ( or atleast i was told), and it has caused me a $5,000 loss and serious damage to my Amazon business account.

They enforce a strict MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policy and do not allow you to sell at your own price, even if the market is already much lower. Many other sellers have the same product listed at $19, but I was forced to list at $39.99, which meant I had no chance of winning the Buy Box—and therefore, no sales. I ended up paying storage fees with zero return.

What’s worse is that they claim to give three warnings before any action, but I wasn’t even given two. As a new seller, I wasn’t given a fair chance to correct things. Their team was **unhelpful, dismissive, and rude, and they seemed to care only about enforcing pricing—not about helping their clients succeed.

This has been a devastating experience for me, and I strongly recommend that new or small business owners avoid working with them, especially if you're just starting on platforms like Amazon. I am writing this after 1.5 years of working with them.

Please learn from my mistake and save yourself the financial and emotional stress.

Good profit products and service is good but so good. Just they reply late but Good in all just they have to change thier reply time try to Reply soon

this brand is scam cause they force you to sell the product according to their price map and they already has other listing with price less than half of the price in the map . so please stay away , i have we can sue them cause this brand make alot of sellers to lose money . i have we can talk with amazon or alawyer in usa to take action about that scam

all review real legit on trust pilot. im already part of this scam, buy elephant at unit price of 22$ after 3 month paying storage fess and all shipment fees sending amazon .NOW month of December items are selling at price of 38 because amazon not allow to create discount or sales more then this price. so now i get payment of 19$ back from amazon and my other item HAMASTER brand give IP complain.
lols real scam joke.
i buy inventory of 9000$ + 1970$ all other fees including 3 month storage fees.
TOTAL 10,970$
Now im losing my all money and brand is unresponsive.
return i get only 3420$ if elephant 24" all sold

MOST DISGUSTING COMPANY EVER. THEY WILL LITERALLY BLACKMAILED YOU WHEN YOU DONE WITH THE PURCHASES FROM THEM.

Scammer brand
They sell their own product on Amazon and yet authorize every person who shows interest in selling their products. You will not get buy box because the Brand holds it forever and your inventory will stuck and you have to pay high storage fees. Neither do they accept returns and nor you will get sales.

Not recommended because you will have to waiting 3&4 months for getting sales you are not getting bybox all inventory and investment will blocked in Amazon warehouse

I wish if I could give them 0 star. One of the biggest mistake I ever made placing order with them and paid full amount in advance. But after 2 days, I came to know, the buyers are in deep s h i t and impossible to sell their products and top of that they keep allowing more sellers to come and buy. They are bunch of Greedy scammers. I requested my order cancelled and refund my payment. But this lady Belinda told 30% is cancellation fee from total amount. You would never find anywhere in their website or email where they have mentioned such terms and conditions. No business asks for such a Big cancellation fee on order. They are real scammers. I had no other option other than accepting their terms and conditions. I kept emailing and calls almost 3 months to get my 70% money back.
HIGHTLY RECOMMENED NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Homily is a Good Brand I appreciate and whenever I talked to Miss Belinda she response me in a good way I am satisfied almost now I am coming to the point currently My inventory has been stuck for the past three months due to the huge competition of sellers to whom they should control now and the other biggest issue is their MAP policy due to which we are having a lot of difficulties in getting the Buy Box and we cannot lower our rate to compete one another. So I appeal and request them to give a suitable solution and a mid way to the sellers. Thanks

very bad... The brand will tell you about the great profit of resale there products on Amazon but once you list they send you warnings and will blackmail you to spend thousands of thousands in PPC so you will get order which is totally wrong it's very disappointing to not accepts returns and very bad policy also they scammed me for 40 units almost the brand charged the full amount get for 120 units and they just send me 80 units. Please stay away from this Chinese brand one of their scammer team setting in California as well. Before the order, the communication was very fast after that they are not responding. Please stay away from this brand.

This China brand is a scam. Kindly avoid this brand. I Purchased 2760$(120 pieces) worth of inventory. They did not deliver it on time. When I try to contact them they did not even respond to my emails and calls. Their sale rep Named Belinda Xu(Ka ALLAH ye tabah ki) is getting rude after placing an order. After three months they send only 25 pieces and the rest is gone. Very bad experience.
