I only had my radio flyer for 10 months fell apart customer service doesn’t respond I sent numerous emails. I sent pictures. This has been going on for a couple of months. I would not recommend them.

Purchased a wheel kit for an 18 yr old wagon on April 21, 2025. The wrong wheel kit was sent. I asked if I could exchange it for the correct wheel kit. ALL SALES ARE FINAL & they refuse to exchange it for the correct tire. I was informed that I could purchase the one I need, but they will not exchange it. This place is a complete rip off. ALL SALES ARE FINAL includes exchanges even if it's their fault. You're better off watching a Youtube video & following it's recommendation on replacing the tires which does NOT mention getting replacement parts from Radio Flyer. I purchased replacement parts from Amazon & they work extremely well & it was much cheaper to replace all four tires vs purchasing any replacement parts from Radio Flyer. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!

Don’t waste time on this brand. Look elsewhere! The quality in their products are 0, trust me! The price can’t justify the quality. The plastic in their products are like those buckets/pails in Asian groceries, very bad quality or even worse! Hey I don’t mind paying premium price with premium quality. I have a Nuna stroller and carseat which I paid with a premium price and are Made in China and was really happy with the build quality of the plastic and everything in general because they have good QUALITY CONTROL and can justify their prices. Radio Flyer should learn from this brands if they wanna charge premium prices with their products, or the other way around, charge cheaper with cheaper quality. I am very disappointed with this brand. I have the tesla model s ride on which is $600 and even tried to return it but even customer service is very bad and charges you another $200 to ship it to them. They be just trying to steal your money! Save your money and look elsewhere!

Ordered two M880 through a Good Morning America promotion. Made the mistake of ordering the wrong size for my wife. Didn’t even open the box. And we offered to pay the return shipping for the proper size. They informed us it couldn’t be done unless we payed the full price of the bike. Not the promotion price. Sad. Won’t be buying any accessories from them. Or any other bike. And they lost a customer.

I ordered two M880 bikes for a christmas present for myself and my husband. They were easy to order, they had a sale going on and they were delivered earlier than they said. They were easy to assemble and so much fun to ride. Would highly recommend this bikes!!

A+ customer service pulls up the score on marginal manufacturing and quality. I encountered manufacturing defects on spot welding and deburring that made assembly difficult and caused visual blemishes. Worse, the unique seat screw was missing in the box. The tricycle is unridable without it. Customer service saved the day by overnighting the part. Thank you customer service.

I bought a tricycle directly from the radio flyer website. When I opened it I was surprised to find that it required some tools but non were included so after looking all over I found some in my house that were close to what I needed. It took me a while to put everything together because I wanted to make sure I got it right. When I finished we found out that the bike was squeaking VERY loud, the back wheels were wobbling and when you try to turn the front wheel to one side or the other, the front wheel does not follow. The metal clamp that's there is extremely stiff and even though I tried and tried I'm physically not able to tightened it any more so that it clamps the turning wheel bar in place. So basically the $75 dollars that this cost me just sits there now. Non of my kids want to ride it. I tried to return it but they refuse to do a return. Think twice before you spend your hard earned money with them directly!!!!

I made a purchase to buy one of the custom radio flyer wagons and ended up canceling my order a few hours later. They told me they canceled the transaction and the $264.82 would be back on my card in 5-7 buisness days, well that was April.11th. Still no money back on my card so I email them again and they try and tell me the money was never taken out of my bank when it was taken out almost immediately after I made the order!! Thankfully after calling my bank they successfully got my money back! I was furious thinking I was out almost $300. How can you sit there and tell me the money wasn’t taken out when I see it clear as day on my bank statement, seriously?!

I am still waiting for a reply email from the company regarding my purchase
I NEVER received the product and they will not give me a refund
This has been going on since October

Absolutely brilliant. Fabulous quality products. Backup service is wonderful. Very quick, friendly efficient. Super communications!
They really do look after the customer and put the customer first at all times.
