I had a great experience buying my previous car from Cupra Gloucester, which encouraged me to return there for my most recent purchase.

Unfortunately, the aftercare experience hasn’t been as positive this time. I’ve had a couple of minor issues/ questions, but I’ve struggled to get a response from the sales person , whether by email or phone, to help resolve them.

Went to look at cars for our son. Promised they would send details of a part exchange that was coming in. No contact whatsoever even after a chase up. The manager didn't even want to speak to me on the phone so was asked to email him directly. Nothing from him either.

I would like to give a shout out to Bath Audi for their exceptional customer care yesterday when dealing with my granddaughter's TT. Chloe welcomed me with an attentive smile and listened to my plight. All sorted and car ready with a phone call. Chloe explained everything on hand over. Just excellent service well done.

I’ve been coming to Capitol Volkswagen Merthyr Tydfil for years, and this visit was no different in terms of how comfortable I felt. The showroom has a welcoming atmosphere, and there was no pressure during the process. The salesperson listened carefully to my circumstances and made sure I got exactly what I needed. It’s always a pleasant experience walking through those doors.

Dreadful after sale service. I spent over £100k with this lot. Shocking service well actually no servicing as they didn't have any oil for 6 months! Cancelled me twice.
Eventually it turns up with a small problem under warranty and they refuse to sort the problems as we had to get it serviced elsewhere. Embarrassing. £100k car and never going to drive Audi again. Do not use this company you will regret it. Still awaiting their complaint procedure. Off to Audi head office now.

I recently purchased a Volkswagen Golf from Capitol Volkswagen in Merthyr Tydfil and was very pleased with the process. Justin was a pleasure to deal with, making everything straightforward and stress-free. He came across as approachable and helpful, which made the whole experience much easier.

The Golf itself has been great so far. It’s smooth to drive, handles nicely on longer trips, and feels solid on the road. Picking it up was simple, and everything was ready as expected.

I’m happy with both the car and how things were handled at the dealership.

Took the garage 3 weeks to repair my vehicle and communication form the service team was slow and lacklustre.

Given the total cost of the job the least they could have done was given the car a decent amount of charge (atleast enough for me to get home!) as well as complete the courtesy clean that they offered.

Worst still, they did not even replaced the recall component that needed replacement!

Rhiannon was very helpful and took the time to explain everything clearly. She guided us through the options and helped us choose the right car without making us feel rushed or pressured. She provided plenty of information, which made the process much easier to understand. We appreciated her patience and approach throughout.

I was initially unsure about which model would suit me best, but the team at Mon Motors Volkswagen Weston-super-Mare really helped guide me through the process. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure they understood what I needed from a car. In the end, they matched me with a Volkswagen Golf that fits my requirements well. Jack made the process straightforward and welcoming, both over the phone and in person. He seemed to really understand that we'd made quite an effort to visit, which put me and my partner at ease. The test drive was useful for getting a proper feel for the car, and we had some nice hot chocolates while we went through everything. It felt professional yet relaxed, which made things much easier than I expected. Left feeling really happy with how it all worked out.

He was easy to talk to and made sure all my questions were answered clearly, which made the process straightforward and stress-free. I found the approach both friendly and professional throughout.

Absolutely fantastic experience in the dealership. Cameron our sale advisor was second to none me and the wife both agreed on this. Would of liked to be able to select more options in the first question in the survey. As a lot more applied to our experience.

Everything was handled professionally and efficiently, with the deal finalised in just one day. Collecting the car about a week later went without issue, and I’m really pleased with it. From start to finish Jake looked after us at Cardiff Audi and was fantastic. He took his time in helping my son choose his car and all the products that would enhance it. I felt really at ease talking with him and buying the car. He is an asset to the franchise and I would definitely recommend asking for his help if you wish to visit and buy a car from here. All in all a very pleasant experience and my son loves his new Audi.

I recently purchased a Ford Kuga from Mon Motors Newport Ford. Ashley was friendly and professional, answering my questions knowledgeably or finding out the information when needed. The dealership felt well organised, and the handover process was smooth without any stress. Follow-up queries were dealt with efficiently. I am happy with my new car.

Waleed was very friendly and professional, making it easy to discuss my preferences and choose the right Audi Q2. He kept me well informed and explained everything clearly throughout.

I would give more stars if I could for the salesman Alan McGee at Bristol Audi. I can't thank Alan enough for his time, patience with me. He never rushed me and never pushed me to buy a vehicle like I have had with other salesmen over the years. I can never make my mind up without help from people close to me. I felt like Alan was more of a friend that was helping me to get to my own decision on what model car to buy. I left feeling happy with my decision on buying a second hand Audi Q2 black edition 1.5 petrol. Anyone going to Bristol Audi should ask for Alan. If anyone is wondering I never knew Alan before. I'm glad he answered the phone when I rung the day before.
