Helps me understand my situation and provide better options about my debt. Advisor Brian is really good in explaining to me the possible options and helps me to understand all my queries about it.

Brian was so helpful and kind and patient with me, I felt very reassured and like a weight has been lifted at the end.

Bryan and the gentleman that I spoke to before him, and again on Friday, I had to ring the first gentleman for advice. He was very kind the whole time, and explained Bryan had finished for the day…they have both been so kind to me! 🤩☺️

Both gentleman made the whole process plain sailing, and spoke kindly to me at all times. They helped me send the documents I needed in order to set my DRO up, and I find that most reassuring.

Bryan even took time out today, outside of our arranged telephone scheduled telephone appointment, to make sure I was only seeming the necessary documents to set me up with my new dro.

I feel very much relieved and relaxed now, that Bryan and the man before helped me get the help I need.

I spoke to Bryan, and he was excellent. He communicated everything clearly, explained my Debt Management Plan (DMP) in detail, and answered all of my questions. He was patient, professional, and made sure I understood the process. I really appreciated his support and excellent customer service.

I had found myself in a bit pickle after deteriorating MH and thinking I could take on the world on my own - which I absolutely could not. Wayne ( hero - FYI) Listened to my concerns, the difficulties I have with numbers, and various other babble that ended me up in this situation with nothing but kindness, helpfulness and compassion. We went over everything, step by step considering I don't withhold verbal information well he made the whole process amazingly easy for me. I understand and others should that their are fees as part of the service HOWEVER after coming out of a non-profit DMP due to poor service and struggling with lack of consideration of my circumstances (dyscalculia etc) I would recommend Money+ anyday. Thank you Wayne and those who assist in the future - its really appreciated - REALLY appreciated! (Sash and Cactus)

This company have become relentless in their harassment of me. They message me most days asking me to complete an annual review. I completed this months ago, after which I received a message saying they needed to finalise some details. I have a screenshot of this. They do not respond to messages and continuously send out reminders. It is causing me huge anxiety (ironic that the reason that I used them was to avoid this) and I will be contacting the Financial Ombusman to make an official complaint.

Quick and helpful

I applied for a dro with another company and they keep messing me around, so I decided to go for money plus, I applied on Monday and was all sorted by the friday. I have really bad anxiety and having it all sorted in less then a week made me feel better insted of waiting around for weeks. Also this was all done online and what's app which is a big relief for me.

It’s good and explains everything in proper way

Spoke to a gentleman called Brian who was really helpful and easy to talk to. He went through all my options clearly and took the time to explain everything without rushing me, which made the whole process a lot less stressful. Feeling a lot more at ease now about sorting my debts out.

I called as I didn’t feel I had anywhere else to turn. In a difficult situation but after talking everything through the advisor helped me to see my situation clearly and although money plus couldn’t help at the moment I felt reassured and also comforted that I could go back if my situation changed. My advisor was more help than my bank. The chat and review helped enormously and my stress levels have lessened so thank you very much Money Plus!

Well I can only write down my experience with this company & the staff that I have dealt with upto now, ( the first was a gentleman called Wayne) who has been incredibly helpful & actually very understanding when I was basically telling my life story to a complete stranger, which wasn’t easy, everything has been explained throughout & made straightforward for me, all follow correspondence has come back fairly quickly so all I can say is at the moment 🫰🏻they are doing me a massive service

I absolutely cant believe this company. Took £250 a month from 2023 up until August 2025, told me my debt was finalised and payed off. Now they are telling me Klarna is still outstanding, they stopped making payments to them in April 2024 and that i need to arrange a payment plan with Klarna???! I will be suing them and taking them to court. £4000 that i paid from April 2024 to August 2025 has gone straight to them.

Shocking 12 months in, incorrect balance on debt despite creditor and myself informing them.
Closed DMP as opted for alternative informed them told I receive email confirmation never did.
2 months later constant email calls text saying I “behind” have emailed twice no reply have also now raised a official complaint and guess.. no response.
Update had acknowledgment yesterday I hope to reach an amicable resolution and revise review accordingly

Whenever I have needed extra help or support with my IVA speaking to Richard or Chris has been amazing. They listen and help. My most recent experience in dealing with them I needed fiance for a vehicle. Richard was amazing from start to finish. He went above and beyond to help me get this sorted. He made it such a smooth process.

I have received a shocking service from them and even after making an official complaint and them promising me to rectify it they still did not do what they promised. They charge you a admin/management fee of almost £50.00 each month but they give you incorrect information, tell you lies and just don’t do what they are meant to. They are a complete and utter scam

Service could be better for the amount of money you get charged. Also there is no chance to login to your online account on their website. Page is constantly crashing the moment you try to log in.
