Dr Parks is truly one of the best Orthodontists around!The results of my daughter's smile is a testimony to her. She is very kind and fun to be around which makes the entire experience pleasant and productive. The kids look forward to their appointments with her.

My experience was great. The orthodontist informed me of the process and the assistant was very gentle.

everyone was kind & helpful. The dentist explained everything completely.

After I checked in at the front desk and went to sit down in the lobby, I could hear one of the staff at the front arguing over the phone with a patient. She wasn't being quiet and she was being very disrespectful and rude. Even if the patient had been belligerent, at least go somewhere that other people cant hear you. I cam in for a check up and didn't realize that a check up didn't include a cleaning. What dentist doesn't include a cleaning with your normal check up? The staff said they only had 1 dental hygienist and just hired a new one and the next available appointment wasn't for 9 months for a cleaning?? The dentist was nice and professional, but this is just not a customer centered dentist.

The entire staff is super sweet and made my visit there as comfortable as possible.

Never had such an upsetting experience before.

I was happy that the treatments were on time and pleasant.

Love the Dr. but the wait was very long

The staff at Monarch Dental are awesome! I had the best cleaning I've had in a long time. The reason I did not give 5 stars - I waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment before being seen. I make it a point of never being late for appointments, in consideration of the business and others with appointments. I don't appreciate my time not being considered when most businesses make it clear it is not acceptable for me to be late.

Great experience all around. Well, I got my wisdom teeth removed so it wasn't that great haha but they definitely made it as pleasant as possible for me while I was there. Love this dentist!

No specialist to see me when home with pain

The dentist office called me to reschedule my appointment for this date from 3:30 to 2:00. Since this appointment was schedule 6 months in advance I had schedule time off from work. However my manager let me go and I was lucky because we already had so many people scheduled off. I got to my appointment and I got in right away and was done within 35 minutes. I was very impress with the hygienist. She was very pleasant and kind. In my goodie bag she even gave me floss threaders which I never get unless I ask. I rate this visit excellent.

The staff in the NLR office, on the Orthodontist side, was VERY FRIENDLY and informative about my son's dental care. My son is looking forward to the beginning of a perfect smile prior to getting braces.

Always a long wait. Although, when I was 10
Minutes late for an appointment they would not see me. They made me reschedule.

I am a new patient and this was my first visit. The person taking the dental x-rays did not position the film holder properly. When I would "bite down" on the plate my gums would hurt.
