Good to know ...

Everyone was so helpful, everything ready and loaded straight into the back of the car. Good to know, for Bridgewater, the click and collect is past the store, turn right and down to the end other side of the roundabout.
Great prices potting grit, farmyard manure and magic mulch. Definitely worth the short drive down the M5.

Lovely crate

Quick delivery.
Brilliant crate.
Love the flip door design so it’s not wide open and in the way.
Would have liked medium size but it only comes in Small and large… my dog lucked out!

EXCELLENT SERVICE

Placed an order but had a slight issue with the courier, phoned customer service and spoke with Gary who was extremely efficient, even called me back with a solution and item arrived the next day. First class service.

Excellent customer service

I ordered a day earlier online for collection in store. I went to the store following day in Cambridge and the order was already collected. I had not received an email yet for collection but the staff was very helpful they checked it was ready and loaded the items into my car. I visited two different stores and I found very friendly staff at both places. The prices for chicken feed are very reasonable. Thank you.

Above and beyond…

I use Mole Valley all the time as we have horses and recently needed to renew fencing. Everything in stock or easy to order in. Staff so helpful they even sawed some wood I couldn't fit in my car.

Order cancelled with no explanation.

I placed an order for an item that was in stock for click and collect from store, and received confirmation.

A couple of days later I received another email saying that they couldn't fulfill the order at my chosen store and cancelled it. No other explanation, or alternative offer.

So pretty rubbish really.

I bought the electric fencing poles elsewhere.
