The website was very easy to use. The product ordered and the conformation email received same day.

I purchased decorative bark online and selected click and collect. After placing my order, the only email I received said it wouldn’t be ready immediately, but it didn’t give any indication of how long the wait would be. As I needed it that day, I went to collect it about an hour later.

Unfortunately, the experience wasn’t very good. The staff at the collection point seemed unhappy and came across as quite rude, questioning why I was there before receiving the collection email. When I explained that I urgently needed the order and hadn’t been told how long the preparation would take, they weren’t particularly helpful.

In the end, they processed the order while I was waiting and I was able to collect it, but the customer service left a lot to be desired. Better communication about collection times and a more welcoming attitude from staff would have made a big difference.

I won’t be using the click and collect service again.

Amazing staff in store. Always willing to hel p and very friendly. My collections are completed extremely fast and I’ve not had a problem to date.

Ordered some feed for home delivery. Good price and delivery cheap for a 20kg bag. Dispatched quickly. Couple of days delay with courier saying expected one day but then arriving two days later, but was during heatwave which I expect had an impact. Still arrived less than a week from ordering. Really reliable and competitive company

This company always deliver the goods promptly and at a great price.Although the R.S.P.B. have advised to stop feeding the garden birds, during the summer, they are all feeding like crazy and obviously with lots of new fledgelings flitting around my garden. They went through my existing store of peanuts, like a dose of salts, i am now stocked up for the next 6 months.Easy friendly company to deal with. The store looks great and anybody who basically needs anything horticultural, agricultural or merely hobbyist gardening would do well to visit here. Happily recommend.

I used click and collect for the first time, ordered in the Evening after closing and it was ready to collect 6:30am the next morning. Collect from the Till using the QR code on the receipt, literally 2 mins in and out.

Fantastic service. I live in Guernsey in the Channel Islands, any have just got a beautiful working cocker spaniel who is on puppy food supplied by Mole Valley, unfortunately they do not deliver to Guernsey, but we have Guernsey Post, UK delivery address based in Portsmouth. This enabled us to purchase the puppy food online & Mole Valley were extremely helpful in ensuring it was delivered to this address and onto Guernsey. Thank-you.

Competitively priced products and quick delivery

I have ordered twice from mole in the last 10 days. Both times they let me order items which they didn't have.
Consequently I had to go elsewhere for the products and they were in no hurry to let me know they could not fulfil my order, as I chased them for the despatch date after 4 days, to be told they don't have any stock. Wish I had gone somewhere else in the first place.

My dog loves this brand since we changed from Beta , we can see a difference in his appearance and personality too .

A reliable company for fast delivery, and their website is a good place to look for items not found elsewhere.

The only issue I have is that the prices look good only until checkout, when tax is added, often making them more expensive than other retailers.

Great products but the most frustrating website in the world! Payment gateways always fail and the website is always so slow. Genuinely dread ordering my dog food every month. In this day and age it should be straightforward to order online! Now trying to find an alternative.

Difficult to navigate. Search is too word specific. If you don’t know the exact name of product the search engine is a bit unforgiving.
Had a discount offered but the tax was taken off discount. What I thought was a good bargain was more expensive

Everyone was so helpful, everything ready and loaded straight into the back of the car. Good to know, for Bridgewater, the click and collect is past the store, turn right and down to the end other side of the roundabout.
Great prices potting grit, farmyard manure and magic mulch. Definitely worth the short drive down the M5.
