Gave me everything that I was looking for at a very good price.

When I was shopping for car insurance, I chose Moja purely based on their price & 5 star reviews. So far, my experience has been positive. I tend to be fairly law abiding, so when I was stopped for speeding in a 20 zone for a 2nd time, I was dreading declaring the points. (I disagree with 20 zones, unless around schools, but that's a whole different story). I did declare the points to keep my insurance valid, and was surprised how little extra the premium went up by. I haven't had to make a claim, so can't comment on that isde of things, but making amendments to a plicy online is dead easy, which is a huge plus for me, as I hate talking to strangers on the phone. So far, my experience from Moja has been nothing but positive. 10/10

I am a comprehensive car insurance policy holder of Moja (the company owned by AXA) and my car had an incident crashed by flying tyre thread from Sky when I was driving in Motorway at around 70mph, the car has been repaired by their repair hub call Vizion, but the repairing quality is awful, they simply fixed the cosmetic issue, but when the first time I drove the car after repair, the car seems lack of power (especially joining Motorway from slip road, so dangerous) and engine light turned on with amber on dashboard. However, I have regularly servicing booked in and postponed as the car was still under repairing by Vizion. During the servicing, my dealer identified few critical issues (gearbox issue caused engine light failed to turn off after replacing transmission oil), coolant leak and wiring harness. Those caused to replace the new parts (i.e. Engine housing and oil housing) at my own cost and that is expensive. Ridiculously I have paid my excess cost to get back my poor repaired car and driving at my own risk due to critical issues had not been properly identified by Vizion. In addition, I was told my NCB and insurance cost in next year will be impacted due to my claim even I uploaded the whole incident video clip recorded by my dash cam. This wasn't my fault, that was accident and car insurance company simply get your money but not bare the risk of such accident, completely unacceptable and not responsible as a such big company.

Last but not least, I have launched a complain and requested AXA to cover up the repair cost from my dealer, but they insisted the car need to be checked again by Vizion and get fixed by them only if their Engineers admitted those are related to incident. To be honest, I am not confident to leave my car with Vizion again given their poor work, hence I have my dealer to fix it professionally. Also, I have requested AXA to have Vizion to share the assessment report to confirm what they had done to confirm the components and parts behind bumper not be damaged due to the incident, but they are still not provided. Anyway, I will wait and see how AXA act on with this.
