The selection of quality products at Mohd are great. The prices are reasonable too. The lead time to receive the products in Geneva was longer than I expected but the customer services team are incredible and kept me informed well. There was some damage done in transit to a very heavy bookcase, I was worried that a resolution would take a long time but in fact, Silviana closed the case within a day. They returned me cash to get the repair done locally. I am very happy with the products and the service from Mohd.

Ordered Item 15.2.26 Till 15.3.26 is still not in Warehouse due to delay got a Message so the delivery should be between 7-17.4.26 lets see if the make it possible.

Its a good price comparing to others but if they can not deliver in 2 Months i can not recomend this

I ordered a Vipp chair for my office and the entire experience was excellent. Shipping was fast and the import to Switzerland went smoothly without any issues. Customer service was outstanding. Marilena was responsive, professional, and handled all my requests quickly and without any hassle. Overall, it was a very positive and straightforward experience.

What was particularly good about the service supplied by MOHD is that when unfortunately a part of the lamp I had ordered arrived broken, they sent me a replacement part entirely free of charge. Oreste in customer service was fantastic! Overall, they are very responsive to inquiries. Most of my orders have been received in perfect condition and when there was a problem, they addressed it immediately.

Update 2: Leider kam das Möbelstück nicht ordnungsgemäß. Ich habe einen hohen Rabatt erhalten. Ich wollte nicht nochmal 4 Monate warten.
Ich würde trotzdem nicht mehr bei Mohd bestellen. 3 Sterne.
Update: nachdem ich diese Bewertung abgegeben habe, dauert es nicht lange und es kam eine aufrichtige Entschuldigung per Mail und mir wurde angeboten, die Vorkasse zurück zu buchen und weiterhin die Lieferung abzuwarten. Dies habe ich nun angenommen, das Geld ist per Paypal zurückgekommen (übrigens hatte ich bei Paypal ebenfalls ein Ticket erstellt). Gleichzeitig wurde darum gebeten, meine negative Bewertung zu entfernen/ändern. Ich lasse die Bewertung weiterhin hier stehen, ändere es jedoch aufgrund der dann prompten Rückmeldung und Rückerstattung des Betrages auf 3 Sterne statt 1 Stern. Weiterhin erwarte ich eine Wiedergutmachung für den entstandenen Aufwand und Ärger, sowie natürlich der ordnungsgemäßen Lieferung ohne Beanstandungen oder Defekte. Sofern dies zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit erfolgt, wird diese Bewertung auf 5 Sterne erhöht. Bis dahin, bleibt meine Erfahrung.

Erfahrung: Ich habe ein sehr hochwertiges Regal dort bestellt. Dies war im Dezember 2025. Nach mehrmaligen nachfragen meinerseits im Februar, sowie im März 2026 konnte man mir bisher nicht mitteilen, wann mein Regal geliefert werden kann. Nachdem ich um eine Stornierung gebeten habe mit der Rückforderung meines bereits gezahlen Betrages kam nur ein Verweis auf die AGB, dass dies nicht möglich sei. Es sei erst nach Lieferung möglich. So ein Schwachsinn!
Selbst der Kundenservice findet hier keine Lösung. Ich hatte auch um eine Teilrückerstattung des Geldes gebeten, wurde mir ebenfalls verweigert!
Ich kann diesen Shop nicht empfehlen und warte nun seit 3 Monaten (Lieferzeit war bei Bestellung mit 1 Monat angegeben) auf mein Möbelstück und darf nun mich noch rumstreiten um meine Vorkasse von mehr als 1000€ zu erhalten! NIE WIEDER!

Ho contattato mohd perché a settembre ho regalato a mio marito un calcio balilla della FAS. Mi sono interfacciata con Angela, una persona super disponibile che in poco tempo ha fatto di tutto per far sì che il regalo arrivasse nei tempi esatti , e così è stato. Purtroppo il biliardino ha avuto problemi, in quanto le aste telescopiche sono risultate pieghevoli già dalla prima partita. Comunicato questo ad Angela, ha fatto di tutto in 3 mesi chiedendo spiegazioni a FAS ma loro oltre non rispondere hanno pensato bene di lavarsi le mani e non risolvere il problema o quanto meno trovare un accordo per una spesa già alta. Angela ha saputo gestire la situazione e risolverla, trovando la soluzione con la sua azienda e cioè farsi carico delle nuove aste. Sono infinitamente grata a Mohd e ad Angela per la professionalità e la costanza.
Consiglio a tutti gli acquisti in questo store che vende cose bellissime♥️

Bestellt wurde mit einer angegebenen Lieferzeit von 3 Wochen. Diese Frist wurde nicht eingehalten, und auf Nachfrage erhielt ich lediglich wiederholte Vertröstungen ohne konkreten Liefertermin. Eine klare Kommunikation oder verbindliche Aussagen zum Lieferstatus gab es nicht. Für mich leider ein sehr schlechter Service. Ich werde dort definitiv nicht wieder bestellen.

Difficile d’évaluer cette expérience autrement qu’avec une étoile.

Je ne connaissais pas le site MOHD et j’y ai trouvé une offre intéressante pour un four à pizza. Après un échange avec le service client, qui annonçait un délai de livraison de 4 à 6 semaines, j’ai décidé de tenter l’expérience en passant commande le 27 novembre 2025.

En décembre, on m’informe que la livraison est repoussée d’un mois, désormais prévue en février. Fin janvier, nouveau message : la livraison est finalement reportée… à juin.

Je précise que le produit était pourtant disponible chez le fabricant. Bien entendu, MOHD explique qu’il ne peut pas passer par le circuit de commande «classique» et que le produit n’est pas disponible pour eux (information qui, étrangement, n’est jamais clairement indiquée au moment de l’achat). Un produit disponible chez le fabricant n’est donc pas forcément disponible chez MOHD, mais cela, on ne vous le dit pas avant.

Commander fin novembre pour une livraison annoncée en juin : difficile de ne pas parler de manque total de sérieux. Et qui me dit qu’en juin, la livraison n’aurait pas encore été repoussée... en décembre prochain ?

Le remboursement, heureusement, a été rapide. Mais j’ai perdu entre-temps d’autres offres intéressantes en faisant confiance à MOHD.

J’ai finalement commandé chez un autre revendeur… et reçu le produit trois jours plus tard.

Depuis la publication de mon avis, j’ai très curieusement reçu plusieurs messages du service client, y compris de la part d’une personne responsable du service, et même un appel téléphonique.

Quel dommage que cette réaction intervienne seulement après mon avis, toujours sincère, et non lorsque j’étais confronté à ces délais aberrants (6 mois de retard !).

Do not order from Mohd! I honestly cannot think of a worse or more frustrating experience. My order was supposed to arrive in October of 2025. It is now March and my order has still not been received.

I ordered a non-custom piece that said it was in stock, 4 week delivery. I was given last minute delay after delay with very little communication in between. I finally received confirmation the order was shipping in early February 2026. I excitedly received my order just to find half of the parts were missing!

Days later, Mohd responded they had made a mistake packing my order and now it would be delayed another 4 weeks.

These people are amateur, incompetent and stuck up. Do not order from them.
