Beautiful assortment of products but unfortunately, I am having a pretty bad experience with customer service and their logistics service.
Several months ago, I bought several pieces of furniture (two sofas, a dining table, six chairs), and they finally arrived at their warehouse in early February.
I then asked for a quote for the delivery of the aforementioned furniture three weeks ago, but I have not received any response to date. Furthermore, my contact person has ghosted me for the past ten days, while my furniture (for which I have obviously already paid a deposit) is practically being held hostage by Mohd.
Very frustrating and unpleasant experience.

I have ordered several times during the last years and it has always been a pleasure to do business with MOHD. Very quick and competent answers to my questions and, of course, a great variety of products.

Zum Black Friday bestellt und jetzt Ende Februar noch kein verbindlicher Liefertermin. Vorkasse wurde sofort abgebucht. Nach vielen Mails ohne wirklichen Fortschritt, bleibt eigentlich nurnoch die Stornierung als Option.
Update 18.03.2025:
Ware wurde nach vielen Mails und Diskussionen nun teilweise geliefert. Bei 2 Nachtischlampen viele Kratzer und Verschmutzungen auf der Oberfläche, anscheinend werden hier Rückläufer oder Ausstellungsstücke als neu verkauft, mir fehlt die Lust und Energie das zu reklamieren. Der frustrierendste Online-Einkauf ever..

Ich habe das Karup Design Bett bestellt. Der Versand für dieses kostete 15 Euro. Nachdem die Spedition mich per E-Mail benachrichtigte sollte ich an diese nochmals 150 CHF zahlen. Seither habe ich keinerlei Rückmeldung zum Lieferstatus oder der Lieferung erhalten. Nie wieder! Selbst bei Rückfrage an MOHD erhalte ich nur kurze standardisierte Antworten

Sono molto soddisfatta del mio divano zeal ordinato su MOHD. Assistenza perfetta dall’inizio alla fine. Angela è una persona sempre disponibile e super gentile. Prodotto conforme a quanto ordinato. Anche i tempi di consegna sono stati pienamente rispettati. Esperienza da ripetere.

I ordered a designer table from a well-known Italian brand, and delivery was very fast. The furniture arrived in professional and sturdy packaging to Sweden. Unfortunately, there was a potential manufacturing defect or an oversight in quality control.
I contacted Mohd’s customer service, and they offered me a good discount. I accepted it to avoid the hassle of the return process. What I appreciate most is the goodwill shown by their team and their focus on resolving the issue to my satisfaction.

No delivery, no communication. Endless chasing FedEx (not my responsibility as receiving party) and MOHD to get this sorted; all to no avail… absolutely rubbish.

Update: they’re in possession of all relevant info. Nevertheless, nothing has happened. Utter rubbish this company: stay away.

Sehr schlechter Kundendienst, man bekommt niemanden ans Telefon, per Mail erhaltet man nur eine automatisch generierte Antwort.

Dieses Versandhaus erscheint mir nicht wirklich seriös.
