The Customer service provides super fast und good support. We ordered a table and it was delivered on time. We received several information emails by MOHD with tracking status und geberal instructions how to handle and check the delivered good.

Der Kundenservice ist ausgezeichnet und verdient 5 Sterne. Ein Artikel meiner Lieferung war kaputt und wurde unkompliziert ausgetauscht.

Costi di consegna vaghi e con "sorpresa" a pochi giorni dalla data prevista. Per non parlare dei tempi della consegna, a dir poco... biblici! Consiglio vivamente di evitare qualsiasi comunicazione telefonica e di mantenere tutte le comunicazioni per iscritto, perchè purtroppo la memoria è a breve termine, si dimenticano purtroppo tutto quanto pattuito.

Ho acquistato una OONI HALO PRO (Impastatrice) il 29 MAGGIO 2026, con la consegna prevista entro 3/4 settimane (un lasso di tempo di per sè già abbastanza lungo). Consapevole della tempistica al momento dell'acquisto, effettuo l'ordine, incentivata dallo sconto del 15% presente sul sito MOHD. Dopo un paio di settimane ricevo un'email con l'aggiornamento dell'ordine: data stimata della consegna tra il 14-21 AGOSTO. In sostanza stiamo parlando di un tempo di consegna di DUE MESI E MEZZO. Assurdo!!! Ad oggi, dopo 5 settimane, non ho ancora ricevuto quanto acquistato. Confido che il prodotto arrivi prima o poi.

Sono stata contattata dal servizio clienti. Da subito si sono dimostrati collaborativi e cortesi, cercando di risolvere il problema, nonostante il ritardo della consegna non dipendesse da loro, in quanto ci sono ritardi nella produzione da parte del produttore. Aggiungo che mi è stato offerto un ulteriore sconto per l'ordine che ho effettuato a dimostrazione della loro buona fede. Servizio clienti ottimo.

We'd ordered a coffee table with a marble table top. The delivery time from Italy was absolutely ok and the table is looking great with a very high quality level. Unfortunately the marble top has been damaged by UPS during delivery so that we had to ask for substitution. The customer service of MOHD was really perfect: during the whole process we had Mr. Fabio as one-face-to-the-customer. He organized the process with UPS, MOHD and the company producing the new table top in very professional, very friendly way, communicated every step without waiting to be asked for and considered all requirements we had. Finally it's what I've already often seen: the professionalism and the customer orientation of a company get's visible in the way how they handle problems. Five stars for MOHD for their products, their processes and especially for their employees. Thank's a lot!

Great customer service from Giulia- she helped resolve an issue that had arisen and I really appreciated her help and assistance.

I ordered 2 Gervasoni bedside tables in April from MOHD and they took payment and promised delivery. The items have never been delivered so I asked for a refund via email/ live chat / IG etc and they do not respond. It’s terrible generic emails saying they will investigate and get back to me - maybe Ai? - regardless - I have no products and no refund coming up to 4 months after paying and no idea when my money will be returned. Very dodgy website so I think if you can avoid it and buy elsewhere for more peace of mind!

I recently bought 2 Carl Hanson and Son MG501 Cuba chairs from MOHD and had them shipped from Italy to Oregon. Love the chairs, however UPS beat up the boxes in transit and one of the chairs sustained some damage. I filed a damage claim with MOHD and was quickly contacted by Oreste at MOHD. Oreste was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and professional in resolving the issue to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend MOHD, and I give my highest praises to Oreste.

Product appeared in stock but was not so had longer delay vs originally expected.

Pretty responsive once past AI botagent; took a couple of tries to get real person to answer. Once with real person, Marilena was very helpful and responsive, hence changing my original review to reflect good service from Marilena

Unfortunately there was an error with my delivery. However, customer services were excellent in responding to me and addressing the issues.

The table came sooner than expected. Packaged well. I thought it was missing the top and received an answer back within hours that someone would check into it. The next morning they sent a photo with explanation that the top was in the bottom of the pallet. Love love my glass bubble table.

Tres bon site pour vos achats. Très professionnel et répond à toutes vos questions rapidement.

An issue that arose with a lamp component was resolved with utmost courtesy, professionalism, and expediency. MOHD (and especially Silvania) did their best to navigate between me (the customer) and the manufacturer. Ho acquistato presso di loro una lampada della linea Flos modello Toio. L’ordine è stato evaso il giorno dopo e quindi in meno di quattro giorni il prodotto era già a casa mia. Il prezzo è stato tra i più bassi che ho potuto trovare navigando in Internet acquistando un prodotto originale in ogni sua parte l’imballaggio è stato preparato con cura entrambi i due colli, sono arrivati tranquillamente senza nessun problema considerando che hanno attraversato tutta l’Italia certamente consiglio questo venditore.
