Leider kann ich MOHD nicht empfehlen.

Ich habe dort ein USM Haller Sideboard für über 3.000 € gekauft. Bereits die Lieferung hat sich um mehrere Wochen verzögert. Nach der Anlieferung stellte ich fest, dass für die vorhandenen Schlösser keine Schlüssel mitgeliefert wurden.

Auf meine Nachfrage erklärte mir der Kundenservice, die Schlösser dienten lediglich der Transportsicherung und könnten mit einer Münze geöffnet werden..
Später teilte man mir mit, dass dieses Modell grundsätzlich nicht mit Schlüsseln angeboten werde.

Was mich besonders ärgert: Auf der Produktseite konnte ich vor dem Kauf keinen Hinweis finden, dass das Sideboard nicht abschließbar ist bzw. keine Schlüssel mitgeliefert werden. Gerade die Möglichkeit, ein USM Haller Sideboard abzuschließen, war für mich ein wichtiges Kaufkriterium. Wir besitzen mehrere USM Haller Möbel, die alle mit Schlüsseln ausgestattet sind.

Selbst wenn dieses Modell tatsächlich ohne Schlüssel verkauft wird, hätte ich bei einem Möbelstück dieser Preisklasse eine deutlich transparentere Produktbeschreibung und vor allem einen lösungsorientierten Kundenservice erwartet.

Für einen Kaufpreis von über 3.000 € bin ich insgesamt sehr enttäuscht.

We ordered a Poliform Ernest Armchair spending over £4000 to get it delivered in our flat. I am not going to comment on the delays and terrible delivery company which was used for this. to our shock we received a USED AND DAMAGED armchair despite it being advertised as new. images are self explanatory. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I received an order with several items and two of them arrived damaged. I contacted the customer service team and within a day or two they emailed me back and offered me a full refund or replacement of the damaged items. The customer service team at Mohd is always very helpful and accommodating and that is one of the main reasons why I am repeated customer.

C'è stato un fraintendimento con l'ordine (la foto non coincideva con la descrizione, erano due prodotti diversi), per cui ho chiesto il rimborso poco dopo aver fatto il pagamento. Contattato il servizio clienti, dopo una settimana hanno risposto e fatto immediatamente il rimborso con molta disponibilità. Alla fine non ho ordinato, ma il servizio clienti è ottimo, anche se non velocissimo.

Very well set up website, with many brands and a very approachable and kind customer service. They were very kind and helped me with a mistaken order on very short notice.

Ich habe einen sehr teuren Sessel bestellt … ❣️die Lieferzeit wurde nicht einen Tag überschritten …. 🤗der Sessel war sehr gut verpackt , …..es musste nach der Lieferung etwas geklärt werden , dass hat super funktioniert 🙌🏻…… immer freundlich und bemüht 🙌🏻Kundenservice wirklich top 🔝…… Ware top 🔝…. Werde wieder bestellen ❣️

a bad experience that turned out a good one:

I have to updte my comment and say that Mohd did finally handle my order very professionally as someone called me from their company to explain to me the reason of such delay and that they are finally released my order for shipment. I have to admit that they really ended the issie very professionally, and i would like to thank them and that i certainly do recommend them to my friends.

J’ai commandé un barbecue weber en stock le 26.05.2026. Toujours pas reçu au 22 juillet en indiquant un retard du fabricant.
Aucune réponse aux mails, ne répond pas au téléphone . Je ne sais même pas si le fabricant continue la fabrication du produit. J’ai commandé chez eux car il était indiqué en stock. J’habite dans les dom tom donc avec les frais d’envoi , j’ai perdu plus de 1000 euros.

top prive and top service - perfect!

When buying items online from abroad, returns and after-sales service can be complicated. However, the team at Mohd was highly responsive and provided prompt, excellent support.

At first, we were not pleased with the manufacturing defects in the delivered goods—but thanks to the support from Silviana in the Claims Department, we felt we were in excellent hands from the very first day we filed our complaint.
She responds to every email promptly, is always very friendly and helpful, and is absolutely reliable in keeping all her promises—you couldn’t ask for better support—exemplary!

Sono stata molto soddisfatta della pronta assistenza che mi è stata data in merito ad un ordine fatto; Giulia C. è stata molto sollecita nel darmi le indicazioni e nel aiutarmi a risolvere velocemente il mio problema.

Prodotti di design.. servizio clienti a livello di AliExpress..da un giorno sto cercando di parlare con qualcuno e al momento mi hanno risposto con delle mail preimpostata che non mi hanno risolto il problema e un signore che diceva di lavorare nel loro negozio a Milano ma che non si occupava di post vendita e che secondo lui avevano deviato la linea..in tutto questo ho perso 27 min di attesa la prima volta 5 min la seconda e 4 alla terza..
AGGIORNAMENTI.Dopo 2 giorni di mail sono stato contatto e mi hanno rimborsato.Il sito è sicuramente un sito serio ma pecca nel post vendita

Negozio favoloso, onestamente non riesco a trovare un difetto. Ho acquistato diversi arredi di design e ogni volta ho trovato professionalità, disponibilità e grande attenzione al cliente. Anche quando si è verificato un imprevisto con uno dei prodotti, il problema è stato gestito in modo rapido ed eccellente fino alla completa risoluzione. Un ringraziamento speciale ad Angela per la cortesia e la competenza. Consigliatissimo!

I am extremely happy with my experience MOHD and wholeheartedly recommend them. They have beautiful products on their website. On this occasion, I bought some lovely IITTALA champagne glasses which arrived packaged in a way that appeared to be very careful and with a lot of padding, but unfortunately one of the four glasses was broken. I contacted MOHD about this and they were fabulous. Felice from Customer Service helped me, was friendly and efficient and organised a replacement glass to be sent to me. Everything was made so easy. And they very kindly organised for a full set of four glasses to replace the one broken one, thanking me for my patience. I was delighted and much appreciative. Definitely a great place to shop.

Schlechte Qualität zum Premiumpreis – und noch schlechterer Kundenservice!

Ich habe ein hochpreisiges Besteckset gekauft, das bereits nach kurzer Zeit und gerade einmal etwa zehnmaliger Benutzung Rost angesetzt hat. Statt einer unkomplizierten Lösung musste ich mich über Wochen mit dem Kundenservice wegen der Garantieabwicklung auseinandersetzen.

Von einem Premiumprodukt und einem Unternehmen in diesem Preissegment erwarte ich deutlich bessere Qualität und vor allem einen kundenorientierten Service. Leider wurde ich in beiden Punkten enttäuscht.
