This is my 3rd mobility scooter I have been a customer of mobility connect since 2014 and will always recommend use the staff are always respectful and very helpful. Delivery driver cain was also very helpful and explained everything to me. Will always recommend to everyone to use mobility connect.

Very pleasant guy who delivered my scooter. Cain took his time in explaining everything to me and was very helpful. This is my second scooter through mobility connect and would always advise in anyone in need to use mobility connect. Highly recommend.

Awful service once they have been paid…
Awful service once they have been paid they dont care. Shocking they keep fobbing my mum off , will not come out to repair her scooter even though she is covered by warranty and trying to charge her £100 to even come out . laughed when she said would cancel the finance as they had already been paid steer well clear bunch of cowboys

We did accept your request for our team to assess the issues with the scooter, and during that process, we explained that there is an initial £99 call-out/assessment fee. This fee is fully refundable if your claim with the insurance company is successful.
I understand that there may have been some misunderstanding, and I’m sorry for that. However, this policy is in place to cover our costs in the event that the claim is unsuccessful, especially as certain warranty exclusions, such as for batteries, may apply.
