I had my iphone 14 battery replaced by their Windsor shop while visiting the Town
After picking the phone up after 45 mins I paid my £50 to the assistant.
After returning home my face recognition would not work
I contacted Mobilise who advised me to return the phone to my nearest store ( Gloucester)
After some considerable time they tried to convince me that I had damaged the camera lens, I assured them that I had not and that the phone was in excellent working order before battery replacement.
Eventually the assistant said that they would have to send the phone to their lab in London to be repaired
They were good enough to lend me a replacement Iphone 7 while my phone was being repaired.
After a very quick turn around time I was contacted by Mobilise to collect the repaired phone which I was told had cost THEM £94 to repair! ( No charge to me)
On picking up the phone I discovered that the front facing camera does not work correctly and the rear facing camera is blurred, The shop assistant said this was OK,I told him it was not and to check it against a known working phone which he did which proved my complaint.
He then said that he could'nt comment as he would get into trouble
I contacted the head office and was informed that my phone was like that before the battery replacement and so they were not liable. This I find amazing as I had to show the Windsor branch my original battery life (83%) which involved me using the front facing camera for face recognition.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL RUIN YOUR PHONE AND DENY ANY LIABILITY
ITS A SHAME I CANT PUT IN NEGATIVE STARS
Amazing experience with mobilise group.

Broken promises and poor customer service
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Mobile Group in Uxbridge. Before traveling to India, I purchased a universal adapter here. The seller, Abbas, explicitly assured me that if I had any issues with the product, I could return it.
Unfortunately, the adapter did not fit properly while I was abroad. When I returned to the store to explain this, the promise of a return was not honored. Despite my being polite and calm, Abbas told me I was "disturbing other customers" simply for seeking the resolution I was promised.
It was frustrating to be treated as an inconvenience when I am a customer myself. It took 30+ minutes of arguing just to be allowed to exchange the adapter for a different product. While I finally have a working item, the lack of professionalism and the refusal to stand by their word has cost them my business. I will no longer be recommending this shop to my community.
Mobilise Bedford Store
Went to the store in Bedford. I got a screen protector for my new phone which was priced at £15 and they gave it to me for £13. As i was about to pay i decided to get a phone case for my dad which was £15, all together £28. I asked the man if i can return the case if it’s wrong he said yes as long as i have the receipt. Today my dad goes in to return it with the receipt and my card and the man refuses to give him back the £15 and I can hear him telling my dad to tell me to bring back the screen protector (which is literally stuck to my phone?) and take back my £28 and never come back to this store. Extremely unprofessional and rude customer service. Wouldn’t recommend at all and not to mention there’s plenty of places that do the same thing cheaper and have much better manners.
If I could give it a score in would…
If I could give it a score in would minus minus minus, they fitted a replacement screen to my wifes phone, nothing but problems, screen going on and off on its own,no gps,so I took it to another phone repair shop, they diagnosed it straight away, they asked did u pay for a genuine screen,I said yes £130,actually its an aftermarket screen thats why u having so many issues,DO NOT USE THIS REPAIR SERVICE IN HAMPTON SHOPPING CENTRE,THEY ARE SCAMMERS,NOT TO BE TRUSTED,THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.
Got scammed
I ask for a screen protector that worked with finger print reader. They took my old one off. Put on a new one and said it works but just not with the finger print reader. £15 for a temporary screen protector, whilst I find a replacement. Seems they have done this to other customers too.

Very high quality products and great customer service.
They're good at fitting screen…
They're good at fitting screen protectors however they're awful at explaining or telling you beforehand how much it costs, they just take your phone and apply without speaking to you first. Also, they put 2 screen protectors on my phone without telling me that the first one doesn't scan fingerprints. The second one they put on was a clear glass with a massive circle on the front of the screen, once again they applied it without telling me that it has this annoying circle. They wouldn't apply any sort of refund after telling them that I wasn't happy. He said "I have already put one on and you didn't like it" To which I replied "I never said I didn't like it, I said it doesn't scan fingerprints, I would like a refund" He then said "How am I supposed to give you a refund?" so what they're telling me is that they have an option to take your money but not refund it? Sounds very unlikely, Everytime I go past this store now, I'm going to tell people that are contemplating, to avoid, everything about them is awful. Definitely avoid!
Oh and they don't even know what an oleophobic coating is, if you're going to any phone shop and you ask for a tempered glass which has an oleophobic coating and they don't know what it is, they're scammers.
I got scammed in this shop
I got scammed in this shop

Daylight Robbery
I was looking to buy a pair of Bluetooth ear buds, and stopped to look at those on sale on the Mobilise stall in Byron Place, in Seaham. The salesman approached me and showed me three different models, the 'best' was priced at £70. I later checked this model on Google, only to find that it could be bought on Amazon for £18!
Great Customer Service
Mohammed at the Gloucester Quays gives excellent customer service more than happy to recommend Mobilise
Horrible establishment. (Trafford Centre store)
I purchased a case and screen protector for my iPhone 17 Pro Max from Mobilise Group, and unfortunately the experience has been far from positive. The case is noticeably poor quality, the volume buttons are extremely loose and rattle with even light use, which makes the case feel cheaply made.
Although the sales assistant was friendly and the conversation was pleasant, I specifically requested the cheapest screen protector. Instead, a “premium” one was applied without clearly explaining the cost beforehand, which turned out to be £25. The quality feels substandard, more like plastic than tempered glass. To make matters worse, after a minor drop onto a soft surface, the bottom-left corner of the protector cracked. This is especially disappointing given that the salesperson emphasised its durability and assured me it would withstand small drops. Additionally, the salesperson aggressively flexed the screen protector during the demonstration, applying so much pressure that the first one snapped in his hands before fitting a second one and repeating the same demonstration. I believe this may have compromised the structural integrity of the protector before it was even applied.
I will be returning tomorrow to request a refund for both items, as I believe I was sold products that do not meet reasonable quality expectations.
After going back to get a refund:
Avoid this place at all costs. I have never been spoken to as disrespectfully as I was today by a member of staff, particularly the manager. He was completely unreasonable and repeatedly used irrelevant analogies to justify refusing a refund for the extremely poor-quality screen protector. His main argument was, “Go to Apple, buy a screen protector, break it, and try to get a refund,” which had nothing to do with the issue at hand. He also told me to go out and find a cheap screen protector so he could compare it with the one they originally fitted, a request that made absolutely no sense given the circumstances.
He then attempted to belittle me by asking, “Do you know the purpose of a screen protector?” an unnecessarily condescending remark clearly intended to undermine me rather than resolve the issue. He acted as though I should be grateful that he offered to refund the case and replace the screen protector, even though I made it clear that I felt misled and wanted a full refund.
To make matters worse, he insinuated that I was attempting to scam the store by breaking the protector intentionally to force a refund. At that point, I had no interest in continuing a conversation with someone so dismissive and unprofessional.
In the end, I handed back both the case and the screen protector and walked out, as I was not prepared to deal with such disrespectful and condescending behavior from a manager.
The new 'Turkish Barber'
Obviously this is the new 'Turkish Barber' method of laundering money. Absolutely pathetic.
I purchased a mobile phone yesterday…
I purchased a mobile phone yesterday and was assured the phone was 5g compatible and there is a12 month warranty, so set it all up and 5g isn't working so I check the box to make sure and come across a label saying INDIAN SIM CARD ONLY now this explains it, as frequencies differ slightly in regions around the world 5g would work with an Indian Sim. Also this 12 month warranty I was assured of on the receipt it states on new produ ts there's no warranty at all which is illegal by the way. Now interestingly doing this isn't illegal according to the consumer rights act 2015 .it's not illegal unless the function of the product is hampered so having to put an Indian Sim in the phone for it to work properly does hamper the product do therefore it's illegal to sell without warning the customer of that issue. Now when I say illegal it is a criminal offence so when I go back today yo get my money back i best not have any hassle getting my money.anyway people be warned it may appear to work fine but you will gets issues the most common issue will be bad signal which you would never blame the phone but it will 100% be the phones incompatibility with uk frequencies
Unprofessional & disrespectful behaviour
The staff working at the Mobilise stall (near the Next store in East Mall at Liberty Shopping Centre, Romford) were extremely pushy, rude, and disrespectful. They even made inappropriate remarks about where I come from.
I returned a phone case because the MagSafe magnet was very weak (which seems to be the case for all their products). When I tried to get a refund, the staff refused and were very defensive and dismissive. One salesperson even insulted me, which was completely unprofessional.
When the manager finally came, he had the same rude attitude and continued to make disrespectful comments. He even made an inappropriate comparison about my request for a refund, which was unnecessary and offensive.
Eventually, they gave me a refund in cash, but even then, the manager continued to be condescending and told me to smile as if I were a child.
Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend buying from this stall. It’s much better to purchase from reputable places like Amazon or Temu, where you’ll receive respectful service and proper customer support.
forced me to buy a bad quality phone…
forced me to buy a bad quality phone case and kept on refusing me to give me a refund while saying to me they will find the company policy as to where it says but kept on avoiding it the whole time. Had to get security over and help us try resolve this simple issue and in process assaulted the by stander while he was simplify trying to help. In the end got terrible service and would not recommend ever buying from here, please avoid this at all costs and never buy a case from here
Do not buy from this company!
So I bought my family 3 phone cases and a screen protector from this place Mobilise group in the Xscape Milton Keynes.
One requirement: we needed cases that wirelessly charge. We were informed the ones selected were exactly that. So we parted with £85 for 3 cases and a screen protector!
Got home, put phones on charge. Two didn’t work on a wireless charging dock!
Took 2 of the cases back that didn’t work, swapped one out, couldn’t find a suitable one for the remaining phone.
This is where it goes wrong! The tactic to avoid refunding £25 was unbelievable. Trying to offer various alternatives including items I didn’t need or was even looking for in desperation not to give a refund. I don’t know how many times I said no, I would like my money back. I originally paid by card, they were asking me for my bank details to be put into the guys phone notes so he could refund at a later date.
When I said, as a company you should refund the payment method used.
As a business owner myself, I found this odd, because if a customer pays by card, you as a business pay fees, these are refundable upon a customer refund, so good business would mean you have this policy to refund to the original payment method!
I even kindly offered to show him how to refund on his card reader if he didn’t know how to do it! 🙊
Then he asked for our daughters bank details to refund me (she’s 13)
This went on for 40mins. Towards the end, which this did get a little heated, he told me to come back in a few days. By this point my suspicions were too high. I refused. Until I gave him the ultimatum of going live on social media, he pulled the refund out in cash, hesitated put the money back in and closed the till draw, I explained I wasn’t going anywhere, he opened the cash draw a second time and finally gave me the £25.
I still find this odd! I felt this company operates in a very suspicious way.
My advice, stay away from mobilise, they pressure sell mobile phone cases, do not like to refund the legal way, make up every excuse not to give your money back. This is concerning when they have such a prime spot in Xscape!
Imagine if this was a young person spending their pocket money on a case? They would exploit their position. Disgraceful company!
Spent £30- products defective after 10 days
Spent £30 on a case for my phone. The first case broke after less than 24hours so had to return. He replaced free of charge but after less than a week all the paint came off the case. The screen protector lasted less than a week also. I went to speak to them about it as I’d had both items less than a fortnight and he wasn’t interested. If I had to guess the cases and screen protectors are cheap ones bought in bulk - hence the poor quality- then resold at a high price
