Excellent company

I spoke with Elliot and Piers as soon as I heard about free the flat. When discussing the difficulties I have faced they have been extremely helpful in guiding myself and my building through the early stages of Right to Manage. They have supported us through every step and have undeniable knowledge with how leaseholds work and what we can do, as a building, to make our fees more manageable and within our control.

Taking over the management of our…

Highly recommend

Although our building ended up not being eligible for collective enfranchisement, Piers and Free the Flat were brilliant at guiding us through our other options, which is looking like Right to Manage. Thank you Piers!

Great advice

I started taking back control of my flat's management, thanks to the team at Free the Flat. They showed me how simple the Right to Manage process actually is, pointed out exactly where I was being overcharged, and proved just how much money we could save by running things ourselves.

I can’t recommend Free The Flat highly enough. Elliot and Piers were incredibly helpful throughout the process, providing clear, practical advice and taking the time to answer all of my questions. What initially felt like a complicated and overwhelming situation became much easier to understand thanks to their guidance.

They were always approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me make the right decisions. Their expertise and support gave me confidence every step of the way.
