I changed my mind and sent the tablet…
I changed my mind and sent the tablet straight back. This is allowed in the cooling off period. But now I am being chased for £5 when you owe me £12 back for my first payment. I cannot contact you as all routes ask for my account number and I haven’t got one.

Sign up was a little complex
Sign up was more complex and time consuming than I expected for a SIM only experience but could be completed in a few minutes. Hopefully I will get the new SIM quickly and the rest of the process like number switch etc will be completed seamlessly and future service levels will be high.
