Still not received my phone
I placed an order and paid the upfront cost for a phone on Saturday, with delivery originally scheduled for Monday. Unfortunately, the phone did not arrive as expected, and I received no communication or updates from the company regarding the delay.
I’ve had to contact customer service several times just to try and get information, and each time I’ve been passed between different representatives without any clear answers. It’s been frustrating and time-consuming, especially given the lack of proactive communication.
I’ve now been told the phone may arrive by Tuesday next week at the earliest, which is a significant delay from the original delivery date. Overall, this experience has been disappointing, and based on this, I wouldn’t choose to order from this company again. I would recommend others consider alternative providers if timely delivery and clear communication are important.

Have had real problems logging in for months now. Just keeps flicking back to home page. Also terrible issues when trying to claim cash back. Won’t allow you to down load applicable monthly bills.

Unfortunately, I’m not sure if this is a legitimate website, because it’s impossible to complete any purchase there. When selecting payment, I tried three or four different bank cards, and it keeps saying that the details are incorrect, which isn’t true since I use these cards regularly. The easiest upgrade possible
Wanted to renew / upgrade my sim only contract. This was the simplest way with Vodafone all sorted same number no loss of service, cheaper price, maybe some cashback too

Marcus made this the easiest experience.
Marcus gave me a call when both my contracts were coming to an end.
Im terrible for letting them go over and paying excess when I do.
He ran through everything with me, understood exactly what I wanted, gave me advice on best things to do and most importantly I asked him to pop me a call when I was not at work and could speak to my wife and sure enough bang on time he did.
Genuinely the most seamless and easy contract change I have ever had, after 12 years with O2 and then 7 years with Vodafone this was singlehandedly the best experience I have had.
I will now actively call Mobiles when I want to change or a see a deal I want to take and ask for Marcus.
Again, best experience I have ever had with a mobile contract setup/change.
Based on that I will be doing that again and for my daughters phone when she gets one I a few months.

Stress Free Experience
The switch from my previous mobile signal provider was seamless and stress free. I was fully kept informed throughout the whole process. Once the new Sim card was in place the change over took seconds,and my phone number had been ported.

Can't believe it is this easy!
Honestly, I can't believe how quick and easy it was to use this service. For a minute I didn't actually believe I would be receiving my new phone the next day and that all the changes would just be made automatically without any hassle for me! The price was better than anything I could get elsewhere, it was next day delivery and my phone network app updated almost immediately. I am extremely happy with my purchase and would always choose to check ahead of updating through my network.
