I have not received my purchase after over a month, I have emailed and sent a Facebook message to try see whats happening but no response.

Run as fast as you can!! Ordered a pair of boots after seeing an ad on Pinterest. The order arrived later than stated. It arrived damaged which was due to packaging or very little of it. They wrapped a shoe box in cellophane bag .. hence the box was falling apart. The boots felt very cheap and plasticky and had a bad odour. I wanted to return the order. Emailed twice to ask about how best is to return. Nothing. Rung - nothing. Eventually got in touch with PayPal and then ( surprisingly!) got bombarded with emails saying they somehow “ missed off” my emails. They offered 30% then 35% off if I chose to keep the order. I insisted on returning the boots. It’s been a week since i posted the order back and still haven’t had a refund. Just be careful ordering from them as I think it’s a scam.

I ordered an XL faux fur jacket, but it is not XL! Also, clumps of the faux fur are coming loose- I am very disappointed. I would like to return this jacket for a full refund. How do I do this?

Terrible company, took ages to be delivered, the 3 sizes to small, paid £10 to return and 3 weeks later fighting for my £76 refund! DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Item received not the same as in the picture on the website. Requested return/refund and not getting response. Would not recommend at all.

Fake photos terroble service and lies after lies about delivery .. item was so far away feom the picture it’s embarrassing.. scam

Ordered a dress in December have yet to get the dress. Ask for a refund they advised me with 7-10 business days. No refund yet. This site sucks please be cautious when ordering

Order has not arrived. No response to emails or messages on social media. Awful customer service.

Avoid at all costs!!! Scam website. Bought £300 worth of dresses and returned them as they came late. Never received a refund. Its a year late and they dont respond. They've taken both the dresses and my money. The phone number is also a deadline. Just a bunch of scammers working behind screens and stealing from people.

I still have not received any updates on my order or had it delivered yet Iam bein emailed about how my experience was, I spent alot of money and I feel like I will not receive parcel. I’m disappointed and not happy because I was really looking forward to this

Unfortunately, I wasn’t aware that the jacket we ordered came from China. That meant it took a few weeks to receive. When we got it wasn’t the color we had ordered. It was very frustrating indeed.

ACHTUNG BETRUG!!!!
Ware nach 2 Tagen auf unsere Kosten versichert zurück geschickt, aber der Händler überweist den Betrag nicht zurück.
Nach mehrmaliger Zusage per Mail, dass das Geld erstattet wird, kommt allerdings keine Rückzahlung. Ich werde nun per Anwalt gegen diese kriminelle Firma vorgehen!!

I have only received part of my order with no explanation and not sure who to contact for a refund? Still awaiting for my refund, unacceptable service. 23/01 AND STILL waiting for my refund it’s been 6 weeks since first contact and 8 days since they informed me it’s on its way!!! Terrible company.. and Another day goes by without my Refund TERRIBLE

Been trying to send this item back since before Christmas ? You all keep giving me the run around for an address, still haven’t gotten it. I just want my money

I have bought from them before as well no surprise the quality is always there just needs improvement in shipping time.
