I placed an order for two prom dresses, I have not received them or any answer to my calls or emails asking where they are.

I did ask a question about sizing before I placed the order and this was responded to, so I thought this was a genuine company.

Horrific service, placed an order several weeks ago and received no communication from the company. Happy to take peoples money and no send their items… disgraceful.

Habe am 18.02.24 bestellt. Zugestellt am 8.3.24.
Kleid war völlig zerknittert in Plastiktüte und schlecht genäht. Ging gar nicht. Habe Retour per email angemeldet am 11.03 und am 13.03. Keine Reaktion. Aufruf Webseite funktioniert nicht. Händler nicht zu empfehlen.

Delivery was quick…but the website and tracking site were not good jenix

I have had such a bad experience with this company I would advise you not to use them. Firstly it took ages to receive the dress I had ordered. Then when it arrived and was too big I am unable to return. It states on the website to not return a dress without the company sending a shipping label. I have tried for well over a week to get a shipping label and had no luck. I imagine when I return the dress I am very unlikely to receive a refund too.

I received my longline puffer coat on the 24th January which I had to send back. I followed their convoluted instructions and sent it back by Royal Mail on the 29th January. I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND. I have plenty of emails back and forth promising the refund in 5-7 days then 1-2days and so it goes on...it's 16th March now. I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE TO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

Do not buy from this website. It is a scam. It took over a month to get someone to give me there information needed to return my item. I returned the item over a month ago and no acknowledgement at all about the funds actually being returned to me. Disgusting service

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. bought a dress on the 12th of december and had to send it back due to it not being the right size. after emailing several times and being ignored and posting my first bad review, miss yeti finally responded saying i could send the dress back and have a refund. i waited forever for a returns label but eventually sent my dress back. they confirmed they received the dress and my refund would be issued in 5 business days. it has been 26 days. after not receiving my refund within that time frame, i emailed asking if it had been processed, to which i have been ignored. i have sent several follow up emails that all get ignored. i’ll probably never get my refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Not received. No response to emails

I wouldn't order anything for "Missyeti" again I ordered a long padded jacket, which was way to small, not the same colour as on the website, I've tried to contact them 3 times, to ask for a return code to return the item and never once have they answered, but they answered me before the item arrived when I queried how long it would take....I am very angry, if there was a 0 * I would use that....

I’m still waiting for a refund!;
order placed:16:01.24, received boots 29.01.24, had to chase for the returns address as boots too small and received too late, returned boots: 14.02.24, boots signed for:15.02.24, chased refund, 22.02.24. To date, no response to communications regarding the refund.

You need to put in description that it runs small!
Now I have to pay a seamstress to alter.

Thank goodness I ordered 4 months early!

I was offered a refund due to them sending me out the wrong size item I emailed them now the have blocked me untrusted company

Have sent item for refund as agreed, has passed the return timeframe and when I’ve tried emailing to get an update on my refund it’s saying the email address is now undeliverable and no one answers the phone!!

Do not order from this company. Paid for express shipping on the 4th Feb it is now the 15th. Asked for refund as needed the item sooner and they tell me I can’t cancel order as it has been shipped, however failed to provide any delivery information/tracking despite asking twice via email. Absolute shambles of a company now I will have to wait 6-8 weeks to resolve via third party. Seriously do not shop here and save yourself a headache.

Your customer services are shocking I have asked 4 times in email to return an item and I have called your number you have provided and you keep going round in circles it will be too late and I can't get a return

i orderd a coat for a friends birthday, i paid 8.99 for express delivery and it came 3 week later, it then came and was way to small so i sent it back, i still haven’t got my refund money and it has also been 3 weeks, and they ignore my phone calls and emails
