The sales agent, Jessica Kemp, was understanding of our needs and made every effort to get our questions or concerns dealt with as quickly as possible. Nothing seemed to much for her, she was patient with us and explained things to the best of her knowledge.

I recently worked with Brooklyn Smith at Minors & Brady Lowestoft and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the first viewing right through to completion, Brooklyn was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful at every step. And off-course excellent communication throughout the process.

Undertaking conveyancing is a stressful time and it needs knowledgeable and dedicated folks to navigate it all. Minors and Brady were one the ball the whole way and we cannot fault their service. We particularly welcomed the weekly call to update us, even if there was very little to report - it was this detail in their service that mattered.
Once the sale had been agreed, we must give a big shout out to Clair Wilson and the after sales team, who were super helpful, chasing up actions and making sure everything was in place.

An incredible 5 star experience from start to finish. Moving house hasn’t been an easy decision for our family but from the second we met Joseph who valued our home we knew we had made the right decision in choosing this estate agent. The whole team at the Diss branch have been incredible at dealing with the many viewings we had in a short space of time. Then just when you couldn’t be happier with the service we were passed to Jasmine in the after sales team who really is a massive asset to the company.
