Minors and Brady Omdömen

Aysegul has been brilliant in the after sales department - always kept me updated with friendly kind service 10/10 recommend :)

Sam has made my moving much easier , he chased up everything for me and communicated each step very professionally.
Thank you so much for your quick support in this short notice .

Our sale was a particularly complex and lengthy process that took longer than expected — but importantly, this was in no way the fault of Myers & Brady. Throughout the whole journey they kept us fully informed and updated at every turn. Even when they were facing delays themselves, they remained positive and worked tirelessly alongside us to reach a successful completion date.

A special mention and huge thank you goes to Jessica at the Caister-on-Sea branch. She was always attentive, polite and thoroughly professional — and I suspect she sometimes dreaded our calls asking for updates! Despite the challenges, she never faltered, always giving her time and attention to help move things forward.

The sale has now successfully completed, and we cannot thank the team enough. We would highly recommend Minors & Brady to anyone selling a property — they are a credit to the industry."

Brooklyn was great helping us with the move in to our new home!

Myers and Brady were practically on the doorstep of our property in Norwich and we didn’t need to look further. From initial contact with Liam to the after sales support with Anya - everything went very smoothly and I was kept well informed about progress. Thank you!

Had a great experience with Holly, highly recommend!
Thanks again Holly!

Sam Burton at Minors and Brady was very efficient and professional but friendly to talk to as well. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Good friendly service

Great customer service when purchasing the property from Liam in sales to Anya in after sales. They made the sale run smoothly and were always on hand to answer any queries we had.

Recently completed a purchase through Minors and Brady and Claire Wilson the after sales team leader was brilliant I think she was instrumental in getting this through with regular updates to us and chasing all parties in our chain! Would definitely recommend these agents 👍Thanks Claire!

Claire has assisted us in buying our new home in West Caister. She and her team have been brilliant - keeping us up-to-date every week and pushing through a quick sale in less than two months. Would definitely recommend!

Claire Wilson has been an absolute marvel in terms of getting our purchase through smoothly. She’s a fantastic communicator, keeping everyone on track and updated throughout the entire process. We felt everything was safe in her hands. I’d have no hesitation in recommending her or indeed any of the team. We initially dealt with Connie, Jo, Sam and Tommy and they’ve all been wonderful. We’re so grateful 🫶

My experience of renting a house through Minors & Brady has been good, thanks to Brooklyn Smith, who has communicated clearly throughout the process and promptly answered all of my questions.

I would like to thank Sam from Minors and Brady for all his help and service in dealing with our move and making it as smooth as possible for us. His communication with us throughout the process was brilliant, keeping us in the loop and promptly answering any queries we had. We really appreciate all the time and work that has been involved behind the scenes. A very efficient service, would highly recommend.

We had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Aysegul in your Norwich after sales team.

There are not enough words to say how incredible she has been throughout our experience.

As well as being warm, approachable and friendly, Aysegul went above and beyond in supporting us getting our house sale (and purchase which she had no actual direct involvement in) over the line. Without her persistence, tenacity and obvious care for what she does, I doubt it would have happened!

We cannot thank her enough, or praise her more highly. What a true asset to your team and company.

Thank you so very much Aysegul.

I had a very good experience with Anya Bunn. She was very helpful, friendly and professional, and the whole process went smoothly and without any problems.

I could always count on her help and quick responses to my questions.

I would definitely recommend Anya to anyone looking for a professional and dedicated person.

Thank you very much for all your help!

We had contact with Stuart due to a property we are interested in, we had initially gone out to sell with a different agency, however when speaking to Stuart we quickly realised minors and Brady really want to help and work with us. We had a valuation in 1 day, the next day photos taken by Joe, which were absolutely amazing, they captured the house and the surroundings perfectly and we couldn’t be happier! Not only that, all staff work around the clock to pull strings and get things done and I really trust that they do what they say! Brilliant team and looking forward to all they can do to sell our property! Big shout out to Stuart and Joe!

I instructed M&B, Diss office in April after Joe, their valuer, gave an excellent valuation and presentation of their services. Nicola and her team were wonderful and I had two offers on my house within a week. Dan Emery from the Norwich office looked after the after sales process and was absolutely wonderful in, not only keeping me informed regularly of developments, but played a key role in chasing solicitors and Land Registry to help expedite the transaction. Closer to exchange the lovely Lara took over and was wonderful overseeing things smoothly until exchange. The whole team were incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. Moving can be stressful, but M&B took a lot of the stress for me! I can't thank them enough and would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of marketing their property.

The estate agent was polite, warm and didn't make me feel rushed.

Great communication from the outset. The person handling the sale seemed to change a couple of times in the early days, but settled with Molly after a couple of weeks until the end.
Molly was exceptionally professional throughout and her communication with both me and our conveyancing solicitor was superb - I never felt ignored or uninformed. I would not hesitate to recommend Molly and, by extension, Minors & Brady.
