I've been buying from Miniature Market for as long as I can remember, and they've always been my go-to place for board games!
Over the years, I've spent quite a bit of money with them, and they've never let me down. Great prices, reliable service, and an excellent overall shopping experience.
One of my favorite features is their Customer Hold option, which lets me accumulate purchases over time and ship everything together whenever I'm ready. Combined with free shipping on orders over $100, it's an incredibly convenient way to shop.
After so many years and countless orders, I can confidently say that Miniature Market has earned my trust and loyalty. Excellent service, great selection, and a company that consistently delivers.

Terrible inconsistent experience— still awaiting the replacement for the damage game I returned.
I actually wrote a one star review for miniature market based on the experience I had returning a damaged game. I deleted the review when miniature market reached out to me because I thought the situation was rectified. It still isn’t. As it stands today I shipped back the broken game. I know the game was received based on reaching out and actually speaking to someone in customer service. He assured me the replacement (undamaged game) was shipping out the next day and that they had my return. That was approximately five days ago.I have called twice and sent a number of emails with no response. I really wanna have faith in this company, but they’re making it extremely difficult. Everything about this return process has been frustrating. I’m so incredibly disappointed with this company.

We take your concerns seriously and have investigated I do show that all emails have been answered so I apologize if those did not reach you. However that does not negate the frustration that the replacement did take longer than usual to ship and we are continuing to improve processes to ensure all replacements ship as soon as possible. I do show that the replacement did ship out of our warehouse earlier this week.
Again though we appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to continue to improve to ensure that all customers receive the highest level of service possible.

Over a week to ship with no response to communications
I ordered more than a week ago, 9/27, paid for all in-stock items, and since ordering nothing has happened.
I called customer service 10/2 and was told my order 105107211 would ship that day since it was placed nearly a week before (9/27).
Nothing has since updated.
As of 10/5 I followed up by phone and email to no response.
I have been a long-time customer, but no longer.
