Millets - Whitehaven Omdömen 

Popped in to get some water proofs for my kids. Was greeted with two very friendly gentleman who helped me straight away. Fantastic customer service and were very happy to help me and made me feel like a valued customer

I bought hiking boots for my DofE. They were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Claire went above and beyond to seek out a jacket to replace one I had purchased earlier . Nothing appeared to much trouble for the members of staff who were professional helpful and courteous.

Very good service, I was unable to purchase the product in the shop, Leanne ordered it on line and it was delivered promptly to my address!

The lady who served us on the 21st October was absolutely amazing, she couldn’t do enough for us. Helpful, friendly and attentive and that also goes for the two men who finished the transaction off. With such personal attention why would anyone shop online!!

This is the second year running we have used the Whitehaven store.
We made a trip specially to Whitehaven with the purpose of going to Millets, as they had been so well stocked, knowledgeable and helpful. We weren't disappointed this year. An experienced, cheerful team, who make shopping in their store a pleasure. With their help we found everything we needed, and a fair bit besides 🤩

Went into Millets, Whitehaven, yesterday, just to browse really, but ended up with a purchase mainly due to the 'chatty man' working there in his apparent first retail job. Have seen other reviews, I assume about this particular individual, who have also praised his knowledge and expertise. I would have just browsed and walked out if not for him tbh but he managed to talk me into a purchase. It was almost akin to Auntie Wainwright off Last of the Summer Wine, except it wasn't pressure selling but helpful and insightful. Almost felt like I had to make the purchase after talking with him. I believe it was the manager there also chipped in with a comment which helped me with the final decision to purchase. Cannot really comment on the product itself as have not yet used it so would not really be a fair review if done so atm, but have been wanting it for a while so am happy with the purchase atm but I was mainly writing for the customer experience which was top notch. In fact, I have my eye on a few other products so will likely be back in again because of the service/knowledge there, even though only a small shop. In fact, if they haven't got it in stock they'll order it for you, like a Berghaus jacket I purchased from there Keswick branch and it almost arrived to the house where I was currently residing before I did. Literally, well within 24 hrs. Which I should probably also write a review on now as had it a while so feel can do so. Really good customer service in both branches.

Awesome! The workers are absolutely fabulous; the best at everything they do and they are very friendly and they know lots of things!

We visited this store today looking for a brand of boots the staff bent over backwards to find these for us they were not available after checking with other stores we were shown similar and are very happy with there were four of us all ended up buying the same boots and also coats hats and socks on leaving the store we realised we were missing two bags and the staff went out of there way to find us so we were relieved that we didn’t lose the items cannot express how well the staff looked after us a great experience

Great experience in store today, both gents are the till we’re chatty and friendly. No issues with the PDQ machine being down, there’s plenty of cash machines to use so no issue for us. You’ve a great team member there if that’s his first retail job. Well done Millets.

Wow it the word I would use for the customer service I received at the Whitehaven store today!! Claire who went above and beyond to help went completely out of her way to get the boots I needed for work!
I use this store often for work but didn’t expect this level of service!!

Attentive, knowledgeable and friendly staff. No problem to refund 3 pairs of trousers I’d bought online, while I was able to try on appropriate size and styles in the shop’s changing room. Happy to buy correct size and will return to this shop for future purchases due to the helpful staff.
