Millets - Tunbridge Wells Omdömen 

Jonah did a great job today helping me choose my shoes for my forthcoming trekking trip.

I was served by Aria in the Tunbridge Wells store yesterday. He was extremely helpful and efficient helping me with my return of two items, ensuring it was a smooth process which was dealt with very promptly. He was also friendly and chatty, ensuring the whole visit was a pleasant experience. We’ll definitely be shopping in store here again!

I randomly popped into the Millets, having no idea what shoe to buy. Aria was so kind as to take the time to explain to me what each shoe was suitable for and what I needed to check when deciding what shoe to buy. He was highly knowledgeable, super helpful, very friendly, and keen to help me purchase what was best. Even when they didn’t have my size, he advised me where to look for it. No hard sell or pressure to buy whatsoever. I came back with my partner to buy a pair for him, too, as I had an excellent experience thanks to Aria.

Aria talked us through plenty of options for boots with good knowledge and idea of what would suit our needs best. Great choice of stock in general and a very pleasant experience overall!

I selected a pair of outdoor shoes and took them to Aria (who I now know to be the manager) to see if there were any available in my husband's size. I was informed that they were in fact a return and the only pair available. Aria offered to see if they could be ordered online and quickly ordered pairs in 2 different sizes to be sent to us.
They arrived the following day and I returned one pair to the Bromley branch of Blacks, again receiving excellent service regarding a refund

We have had brilliant and informative customer service from this store in the past, so thought we'd go back to get walking shoes for my husband when he does our dog walking in the mornings. We wanted waterproof trainers if possible. Luckily Aria was in store. He helped us before, this visit he carried on with excellent service. He talked us through the options and showed us the insides of various trainers and how the leaks take place! Nothing was too much for him, no question too silly for him. He is a very competent salesman and very knowledgeable. TW are very lucky to have him. We would recommend this store for gor your purchases. Keep up the good work.

Very helpful. Served by Christina who seemed knowledgeable about the various brands of footware. Her colleague in the Black's store was helpful in securing a pair of Brasher boots in the correct size by contacting the Millets store where I eventually made my purchase.
