Received a great service from Darren, he’s only been on the job for 4 days - and was super helpful, knowledgable and great pleasure to deal with! I walked away with an Osprey daypack which Darren consulted me on, explaining various features and fitting it for me in the process.

Fantastic!
Came into the store looking for a present for a friend, Darren took the time to show me around giving me loads of suggestions and not making me feel pressured into buying anything I didn’t want. Great experience
I had an overwhelming amount of decision paralysis when it came to buying my walking boots, but with the help of Darren I was able to chose the perfect pair in Millets today. I was given some great advice on how to tie them, how to take care of them and how to avoid blisters, which was all super helpful and I will keep in mind. Very good experience over all :)
