Millets - Keswick Omdömen 

Great customer service provided by Amy, at Millets Keswick. My husband needed a new pair of walking boots, and he needed to try a few different makes. Amy was very helpful and patient whilst he chose the right pair, happy customer, thank you!

Bought some boots on Sunday, with the help of Riley. Very patient as I asked for various different sizes till I got the ones I wanted.

My what a wonderful store, I do believe one of the best outdoor shops I have frequented in all my years!
From top to bottom the store was well kept, well presented and fully stocked. I had an abundance of choice, feeling completely spoiled!
But I have to say Amy was the best feature of all, lovely young lady with a wonderful attitude and so attentive, a real breath of fresh air from the usual young ladies too busy gossiping to assist you, my sincerest gratitude for your warmest service

I was after some new walking boots while in Keswick Millets and Kelly fetched about 6 different pairs until I found the most suitable. She was so patient and helpful. Thanks.

We have been looking for a Berghaus air shelter for a while and had seen them online at a great price £250 at Millets and another retailer. We called in at the Keswick store to find they had one on the shelf. Kindly the assistant Riley helped us out and very kindly applied a discount to the price which made the purchase that much better. A very polite kind and efficient member of the shop staff here at Keswick.

Wonderful service from Amy who was lovely with the kids and very patient when they needed to try on various sizes.

At the Millets store in Keswick,
I found the garment I wanted, a full zip thin fleece, thanks to Amy.
When I wanted a second, she checked and confirmed there was no additional stock and none was expected soon. As I’m from London leaving the next day, she suggested I try Blacks. This is customer service at its best. Thank you Amy, I found what I wanted at Blacks.

Amy and another brunette lady, whose name I didn’t catch, went above and beyond to help us when we had a camping mishap! Amazing service and genuinely so helpful. Thank you ladies !

Mark at Keswick Millets couldn’t be more helpful. He even got the camp bed out and put it up and let me try it out.

Saw some men’s sandals on the sale rack outside the shop walking past for my son. They didn’t have his size in the ones he liked but Mya found a great alternative and was very pleasant, approachable and helpful.

The shop assistant Amy was really good

First of all, the store was quite easy to navigate. The retail price and available discounts were presented quite clearly on bright red tags, very useful for people with sight impairments who may find it difficult to locate a normal white tag.

Staff were very useful and had a great presence on the shop floor with at least three of them being around the place. I had a little trouble locating a suitable summer hat for me and they were more than happy to show me my options so I could decide.

Process at the till was quite quick so there wasn’t a large queue. I was helped by Amy and she was very patient with me while I was fumbling with my card.

Overall an enjoyable experience. Only thing is they don’t do sunscreen so I had to go elsewhere for that. Definitely worth it if you want outdoor gear at great value.

I have never bought a set of walking boots before so had no idea where to start. Mark was very patient and went out of his way to find a set of boots that fitted. We tried other shops in Keswick but found that the staff weren’t particularly interested.

Went into shop on Wednesday and Riley was very helpful and got all our items without any fuss .

Caroline was absolutely fantastic in helping me choose out my first pair of walking boots, very informative and accommodating. She encouraged me to do a lap of the shop which is great because the pair I had my eye on didn’t end up being the ones I bought and thanks to her I know I made the right decision. Very bubbly and if I ever need to buy a new pair, I hope she can help me again!

I had great service the other day from Riley and Kelly when I purchased my new walking shoes. Thank you both very much, I will be back 😊
