Excellent, cheerful service, plus a discount. The sales assistant created such a pleasant atmosphere last week when I bought a Swiss Card that I came back today and bought another one!

Excellent service & knowledgeable staff . Found several makes of ladies walking trousers in short lengths!! Good prices too.

Made an order in shop, came super quickly. Very happy!! The customer service advisor also was very friendly and super helpful!

Every staff member was helpful and had the knowledge required to give trusted advice on certain equipment for my gold DofE expedition. I was served by Peter and they were very very helpful and friendly. Millets is my number 1 place to go for all things DofE. Everything is worth its value.

Great visit to Millets Guernsey today. I needed to kit my son out with various pieces of kit for a DofE expedition. Knowledgeable, helpful and patient staff (Aaliyah and her colleague), and good value for quality items - even better with my son’s DofE discount. My son said he was really pleased that we had gone in, in person, rather than shop online, as we got good advice and he knows everything fits well and is suitable for his expedition.

Daisey was very helpful and knowledgeable. Going back and forward to store room until we found the right size shoe. Had a problem with a gift card and the team worked together to get it sorted

I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner, assisted promptly, my item was taken to the till for when I was ready to pay, while I was left to freely browse the shop. The other assistant on the till was also as friendly and professional as the first one who served me. I was very happy with my purchase and shopping experience that day, it was so nice, as this kind of customer service is face nowadays. Well done Millets team Guernsey. I look forward to shopping there again. I recommend them to all my friends.

Daisy in the Guernsey store was very helpful when I went in to return a tent to buy a larger one and some sleeping bags, very helpful, friendly and knowledgable.

The assistant took a great deal of trouble searching for a pair of suitable wellington boots. I am impressed with his customer service and have no hesitation in recommending this branch.

Really helpful service. I (or rather my children) were not very decisive over which shoes to buy but Dan was super at giving us options. Couldn’t have hoped for better service.
