Millets - Fareham Omdömen 

I took a pair of Magnum boots back that had split on the front joint. The staff were more than helpful and polite offered excellent service. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to deal with things like this. But each time I have been treated very well by staff and company would like to give them a five star rating and thank Connor And Lauren, for their excellent service. Have a lovely day guys.

Megan was very helpful and knowledgeable when deciding which boot to buy. Having fractured my ankle and trying to get back to work she was very easy to talk to making the experience worth purchasing. Thank you.

Lauren helped me put with choosing the most appropriate walking shoes for my needs. Lauren demonstrated how much they understood my needs and their expertise was obvious.
Another member of staff was also very helpful when I was choosing some wet-weather clothes.

I was asked by an assistant if I needed help choosing a waterproof coat .
I was unsure which one to choose and he gave ne all the info required and the benefits of both items which enabled me to make the correct purchase.The assistant was very pleasant and I am always happy with my experiences at this shop.

Assistant very helpful. Showed me range of over trousers and explained differences. Found me a shoe horn to put my boots back on after trying trousers!

We had a problem with a discontinued gazebo. Lauren phoned around numerous stores and managed to locate the last one in stock in the company, arrange for it to be sent to the Fareham store and kept it stored for a few weeks for me. This service was above and beyond my expectations and I was really grateful for the outcome. Thank you very much!

I took a pair of walking shoes that had failed due to manufacturing fault (not a Millets issue). I did not have the original invoice but Lauren went out of her way to contact the branch where they were purchased and track down the sales invoice.
Her product knowledge, advice and customer service was outstanding, I would definitely shop here again because of the service received. I hope head office appreciate the valuable asset staff like Laurrn are to the company.

I had exceptional customer service from Connor. He was very knowledgeable about the different brands of walking shoes and spent time helping me find well fitting, comfortable and waterproof shoes.

Although Millets did not stock my first choice item the staff were friendly and helpful and I was able to purchase a satisfactory alternative.

On Thursday I had the most incredible experience with the Fareham team.
My 6 year old even commented on how he “loved that shop” when I asked why he said it was because the people were so lovely.

The staff had reserved a tent for us without question and then upon arrival were so welcoming.

Lauren went above and beyond for us and I couldn’t recommend her anymore.

I went in looking for some walking boots and the service was fantastic, the information (provided by Lauren) was highly useful in helping me choose. Nothing was too much trouble (and believe me there was plenty of trips to the stock room). At no point did I feel I was being up sold to a price point and the benefits of each boot (and their respective warranties) were fully explained.
