Millets - Enfield Omdömen 

We had to kit out my son for this Duke of Edinburgh camp. The staff were helpful, knowledgeable and conscious we were working to a tight budget, so did not try to sell us the most expensive items, just the items we needed, at good value. Would highly recommend a visit here for your outdoor needs

Hannah in Enfield was great. We just needed 2 packable jackets and she was able to get us to them straight away, with helpful additional checks like ensuring the packets to fold then into were present and not to wash them with washing powder so they don't use their waterproof coating. Lovely service...just what we needed.

Top marks for Matthew who fetched multiple pairs of walking boots and shoes for us (we did buy two pairs). He was pleasant, polite, knowledgeable and engaging. The lady on the till was also pleasant and efficient.

Erol and Andrew at the Enfield branch are helpful, insightful and incredibly friendly. I'll be back for supplies for the next trip!

I visited the store looking for a pair of trousers. I always have trouble when it comes to getting trousers to fit, but today I was in luck! Hannah the sales assistant couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.

Had a great experience at the Enfield store buying hiking boots for myself and my son for the first time. We weren’t sure what we should be considering and Andrew was so helpful. He also helped us place an order for some sandals that weren’t in stock and which ended up being delivered the next day! Thank you Andrew for your help.

We always visit Millets Enfield as we found the service always exceptional.
We visited last week and were not disappointed again as we were served by Andrew who was excellent in giving us sound advice about what equipment we required for a trip.
He took his time and really made us feel at ease.
He was very knowledgeable and knew the products very well.
We then were served by his manager Errol on the till who was as equally friendly and polite.
These two were exceptional and are an asset to the company.

I found a jacket I really liked but they didn't have my size. Hannah (Enfield) offered to order it online for me. The process was straightforward and she placed the order on my behalf. My jacket arrived at my home address the next day with no delivery charge! I found Hannah to be friendly, helpful and efficient and was very pleased with the customer service.

Matthew was outstanding, he was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! I don’t think it’s the first time I’ve been served by him either, and it was the same experience then!

Haunali was very polite and had a lovely smile.
One thing I would say about the store is the fermal underware needs to be organised a lot better.

I use this shop quite a bit as staff are always very helpful today I was served by Hannah and Donna both very helpful and very polite and they sorted out what I went in for without any issues love this shop always got great prices and staff .
