Brilliant service from Graham this afternoon, with time spent with my 11year old son showing him how to fold his tent back down properly. Really lovely experience, especially in the current climate where everyone is complaining and no-one can be bothered. A real credit to the store in Eastleigh.

Really great service today. Needed some reproofer for some outdoor coats and Zac guided me knowledgeably through all the options and we discussed the best deal! Will see how the reproofing faired when we get the coats out again in the autumn😀

Great service and product knowledge from Dave and nothing was too much trouble. He was able to advise on all aspects of the range and couldn't have been more helpful. So much better than buying off the Internet as we were able to check the features/quality.

Excellent store in Eastleigh. Everything easy to find, well laid out. Good range in stock. Quickly picked up an ideal sleeping bag. Tried on and also bought some walking shoes. Very relaxed, good music in store. Both Chantelle & Zac very friendly and professional, offered assistance and when I declined, left me in peace so I could take my time to pick the sleeping bag and shoes I wanted. Both were 50% off, which was amazing. All round, really easy, hassle free, enjoyable visit. Thank you Chantelle & Zac! Will come again. Highly recommend.

Helpful guidance from Adam to help me choose some hiking shoes

I was in need of a new pair of walking shoes, and spoke with Graham (Eastleigh Store). Graham couldn't do more to make sure I had the right shoe/boot for me. There was no hard sale, just good old fashioned conversation about what I wanted from the shoes/boots. I just happened to also mention about back issues and not wanting to slip, and he took the time to explain which sole would be best and why. I visited over two days as the one I wanted wasn't in stock, and he was just as helpful again, even taking time to check the delivery which had just arrived to see if there were any others that may be suitable. Would thoroughly recommend!

Jess was extremely polite and helpful and between us we managed to find a pair of hiking shoes that fitted perfectly !

When I went into Millets on a mission for my daughter Adam and Summer couldn’t have been more helpful.

I went to Millets Eastleigh to return some boots that I'd purchased online. Adam and Dave were very informative and helpful and I was able to exchange the boots for a different size rather than having to return them and then buy them again.
