Millets - Darlington Omdömen 

Wanted to purchase a pair of boots/shoes to wear on the allotment and unsure of which to get due to fit as left foot is slightly smaller. The lady CEYHAN seemed very knowledgeable, was patient and not pushy at all. It was a pleasure to shop at Millets so much so, that I went to the shop the next day and purchased a waterproof jacket. Great service, thank you.

Jade was very helpful. She dealt quickly and pleasantly with my requests. The shop in Darlington was tidy and easy to browse. I came home with 2 pairs of shoes and a set of socks. Exactly what I was looking for.

I was struggling to find some good outdoor stuff and then went to millets in Darlington town, I met this guy called James, a good shop assistant who helped me for an hour until I find what I needed. He not just sold the items but also provided Good info. He should be the manager, he can make more people like him. I spent £250 in one go and I am happy for the products.

Popped in on the off chance and walked out with a couple of pairs of walking boots from the sale. The lady who served me was chatty and knowledgeable on the area (and walking boots!) I even got to try on a pair of wonderful Moabs 😃 So, if you find yourself in Millets ask for Amelia (sorry if I got that wrong 😳) although I'd imagine the rest of the staff are just as great, and bag yourself a bargain or two.

Very knowledgeable about the products, not pushy at all, and sincere in her friendliness - such a lovely lady. Millets are very lucky to have a staff member of such quality, nothing makes me recoil from making a purchase more than a sales person who is putting on a performance.
The store itself is big enough to have options but not so big that choice becomes overwhelming, it is easy to choose something and buy it.

Sam and Jennii were incredibly helpful with helping me find the right pair of walking shoes. They offered really helpful advice and made sure I left as a happy customer!

The customer service I received at Millets in Darlington was the best Iv ever had. A member of staff spent an hour with me helping find the correct insoles for my hiking boots. She was very knowledgeable and nothing was a problem to her. She couldn’t have done more. And better still I was given a 20% discount. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
