Millets - Colchester Omdömen 

Every time I visit Millets, Sophie serves me, and this is the main reason I use this outdoor store, although all the staff are excellent. Millets is well stocked, with good value kit and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Full marks as always to Sophie, keep up the good work, thank you.

Very helpful and informed service, when buying walking shoes, from the sales assistant Robert. Very pleased with my purchase. Have always loved Millets, it’s a shame that it’s disappearing from the high street just when interest in outdoor activities is high than ever.

Went to buy a jacket for my wife. Alas, nothing she really liked. I however saw some boots on sale which I liked. Sophie found me my size but they didn't fit as I liked - four pairs of varying styles and sizes later I left with a purchase I was very happy with. Sophie was a great server, knowledgeable and eager to help. A great shopping experience.

Given the store had a closing down sale, it was exceptionally busy but all the staff were going out of their way to be helpful. Belinda was especially kind and helpful. She has worked in the store for at least as long as I’ve lived in Colchester 20+ years) and has always had superb knowledge of all things outdoorsy… stock was flying out of the store but Belinda was able to give advice over alternatives once items were sold.
