Same problem - ordered on Dec 4th, they took the money and nothing! Tried to email multiple times with no response. So disappointed as they were supposed to be Christmas gifts. Have started an action with my creditcard fraud dept. I wouldn't have minded so much if they'd just responded to my emails with "sorry, we've been swamped, but it will get there" :-(

I wish that I had read the reviews before I ordered! I’ve had the same experience as others-false shipping/tracking information, no customer service response to multiple emails, product never arrived, etc. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! I will be initiating a refund through my bank and contacting the Attorney General’s office to report

Absolutely terrible customer service!! I ordered a painting package for my wife for Christmas on Dec 6. Emailed them multiple times without response. If I hadn’t screenshot the order info I would have nothing of proof because they never even sent order confirmation. But I did get a request for a review two days after my order. Next step is to request refund through credit card for fraud

total scam.. same as others posted. ordered item, received email notice it will be late, no product yet. zero response from owner despite multiple attempts.

update: almost two months later and after numerous complaints down various avenues, they finally processed a refund of my money. if you had the same issues I did, I filed a complaint with PayPal to get my money back. I still would never, ever recommend or use this service.

Same experience as others. Ordered November 17 as a holiday gift. I still have not received the product and receive no response from customer service. They have one day to make delivery (which won't happen) and then I will dispute the charge with my credit card company.

i ordered a painting for Christmas on 12/3 and it is still not here. I have not even received shipping information. I have contacted the company twice, with no resolution. The second time, I didn’t even receive a response. The customer service is pretty awful and I still don't have my product.

Nice idea and commercial, but they do not respond to any of your Emails. Most of the parts do not have a number because of bad quality. I asked for a digital version at least to know which color needs to be used. But not one answers. 3 reminders wirhout aly response. There are so many other providers. Overall nice idea but not with this company. Do not use miicrestive.

I now get a note that they want to delete my review. All is documented. Sent false tracking, paid for expedited but not expedited, claimed it arrived in another state, arrived far later than promised, etc. Do not trust these folk ---So far, company responded only after I said I would leave reviews about their lack of responding. Then, they sent me a tracking number for a package that was delivered on the other side of the US, then sent me a new tracking number that seems to have just left China, although I paid the expedited fee. Who knows when or what will arrive. their site pretty much says if it is lost, does not arrive on time, etc. it is not their problem. Will leave a fuller review if / when it arrives. It did arrive far later than promised; then they sent a note that they want to remove the review. Not exactly honest

I have done multiple paintings from this company, and I fear this year they have gone way downhill, the paints are not great, my last paint kit was missing a color. They sent out a whole nother kit, but refused to refund me. All of the paints used to come with the numbers on them and in a plastic holder, now they give you a paint guide and you have to sticker the numbers. Will not be buying from them again.

I checked the reviews after I ordered and they made me nervous. I had a very good experience. The shipping states 14 business days and that was exactly how long it took. Ordered 10/24 received 11/11. I received email updates during that time. I purchased as gifts so they have not been painted yet, but the canvas looks very detailed.

Ich habe meiner Frau ein "Malen-nach Zahlen"-Bild geschenkt, bei dem leider einige Farben fehlten.
Eine erste Mail im Januar 2022 blieb ohne Antwort. Nach einer Erinnerung im Februar wurde mir zugesagt, die fehlenden Farben nachzureichen.
Auf diese warte ich aber - auch nach einigen weiteren Erinnerungen - bis heute. Sehr enttäuschend! Ich kann vor MiiCreative nur warnen!

Ich habe bisher mehrmals bestellt, es sind mittlerweile rund zwanzig Bilder. Die Qualität der Farben und Leinwände ist immer einwandfrei. Die Endergebnis ausnahmslos großartig.

For all the painters or even other people who find making portraits very difficult, this is so so useful, just simply awesome. It is definitely time consuming, but trust me it’s worth it🥰

The quality of the canvas was amazing. Doing it does take up some time but the end product is beauty and worth of a memorable gift. The paints along with the canvas were on point plus the packaging was very well done.

Miicreative's paint by number kits are high quality and easy to work with. Their creative team is very responsive and supportive to questions during the process. My finished painting is a masterpiece! Highly recommend!
