My husband bought me my first canvas during COVID for my birthday. I enjoyed it so much..BEST GIFT EVER... Told everyone..since then I Have painted 9 all purchased through MiiCreative. On April10th while trying to purchase with a discount code they sent I had trouble inputting the code so I ordered the same print 3 times. I immediately tried to remedy but by the time I heard back was told it might be too late but they would check. Never heard back.. I recieved 3 the same print...Really RED FLAG...3 the same print.. Was good customer..WAS..

I discovered them last year and have bought a few designs for myself and as gifts for my family. I live in New Zealand, while my family lives in America and I got my dad and my sister a paint by number for Christmas. They loved their gifts and said it was the best present I’ve given them. My dad even teared up because it was a photo of him and his dog.

It has now been over 4 months and I have not received my CHRISTMAS GIFT. (It is now April) they took ages to respond to my multiple emails and when they did basically just said there is nothing they can do. I will never be using them again.

No item ever arrived. No response to multiple emails — but their marketing emails and texts continue to arrive. DO NOT ORDER FROMTHIS COMPANY!

Ich hatte schon vorher einmal bestellt und war zufrieden. Am 18 NOVEMBER!! 22 hatte ich nochmal etwas bestellt und es wurden 63€ abgebucht. Trotz zahlreicher emails meinerseits, wo denn die Ware bleibt, habe ich bis heute keine vernünftige Antwort erhalten und natürlich kein Bild. Immer die gleiche Antwort man würde sich kümmern. Geld zurück?! Fehlanzeige. Nie wieder!! Schade, ich bin sehr enttäuscht!!

Did any of you (who posted that your order was delayed and/or that Mii Creative went dark when you tried to contact them) ever receive your order? I ordered something a month ago for my daughter's birthday. Still have not received the item (and her birthday has since passed)... emailed the company three times and never heard back from them. I'm wondering if the item will ever come at this point so if any of you eventually received your shipment, please reply so I know if this is a total loss or if something is going to show up on my doorstep someday. Thank you in advance for responding.

Ordered 2 months ago and the seller never shipped or responded to requests for updates. Currently disputing the payment. Do not buy from them.

I placed my order and paid for expedited shipping. It took weeks longer than usual. Customer service rarely responded and if they did they were very vague. I tried to leave a review and couldn't find a place on their website. When I asked them directly on Facebook they refused to send me a link to leave a review. So they are are false advertising and misrepresenting themselves since they only allow reviews that are positive but they refuse to fix the issue so you can leave a more positive review. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY they are extremely unethical.

I got the canvas and paints. But I also paid additional for a frame, and this was not included. Of course, their "customer service" is a bot and is worthless. Find another company for your paint by numbers kit, preferably not coming directly from China.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I never received my product I ordered over a month ago. Two days after I ordered my product, they sent an email saying shipping was delayed due to the amount of orders, and they would email me when the item shipped in 10-14 days. Now a month later…no update on the status. I emailed the customer service email on their site THREE times and no one bothered to respond (even though the auto reply email acknowledging the email went through said a representative would try to get back to you in one business day). There isn’t a number to call either. Terrible experience, would definitely not recommend buying from them.

More of the same. My painting has never arrived and it was ordered on Dec. 1. I have sent countless emails, only to get a computer generated response. Come on Anna, get your stuff together and fulfill you orders, otherwise refund the money. Let's see what the Commerce Department has to say about the way you are doing business.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Took 9 weeks to get delivered and the wrong painting we sent. Sent multiple messages and crickets. Stay away, do not buy!

Emailed them 5 times and got 1 response saying "12-16 days" It's been a month since I placed the order. I feel like this is fraud and I'm not going to get a picture. Buyer beware

Like most people here, I ordered this as a Christmas present. It did not arrive in time. OK, it was coming from China, so I understand the delay.
However, when it arrived, it was without the brushes, frame and palette I had ordered. I've email multiple times. No response. But boy, oh boy, do they love sending marketing emails to buy more. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Total scam. Took payment but will not respond about order status.

Ordered a painting for my daughter for Christmas. Unfortunately it came late which is understandable but the photo was generated with the ears cut off the dog .
I emailed to let them know but received no reply. I suppose they have the money now and they are not interested.

I ordered a painting before Thanksgiving, expecting it in time for Christmas, but it arrived after Christmas. My complaint is that the colors are weird: I sent them a photo of my dog, and the colors I am supposed to use include greys and greens. My dog is white and light brown. Quite odd. I don't know if I will use this company again. I like the concept, but will look around for another company.
