We're really happy to hear you were pleased with our service — it means the world to us.
We always aim to be friendly, reliable, and do our best for every customer.
We're so glad you found us, and we’re here whenever you need us again!
Professional!
From making the initial contact with Miguel (and of course Georgina) you know you are in safe hands. The communications and professionalism throughout are first rate - even to the extent of trying to remotely diagnose as much as possible before even visiting so that they are fully prepared. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Great service!
Great service!
Miquel has been to our house to fix two different things. The first time it was an emergency on Friday and we were extremely grateful that he worked hard to finish it before the weekend so we could have hot water. The second time he found the leak and again resolved the issue. We are really happy to have found a reliable, polite and clean plumber who knows how to do his job! Great service, easy booking experience with Georgina.

We're delighted to hear that Miquel provided excellent service and helped resolve both issues efficiently. Reliability and professionalism are what we strive for, and it's wonderful to know you had such a positive experience.
We also appreciate your feedback on the booking process—Georgina works hard to make it seamless! If you ever need assistance again, we’d be happy to help.
Great service, polite & professional
We couldn’t have asked for a more professional experience. We had an ongoing leakage and couldn’t find the problem. We arranged for Miguel to come and have a look. He arrived and within about half an hour the problem was resolved. He brought a new part for our bath and resolved the leak. Great service, reliable, trustworthy and very polite. Miguel even contacted a few days later to check the issue had been resolved and that we were happy with the work !
