Exceptional level of service across both operational delivery and office support.
I have worked closely with Masterfix through different managing agents and have consistently found their service to be of an exceptionally high standard. Their professionalism, responsiveness and quality of workmanship have made them a highly valued contractor.
I would particularly like to recognise Kieran, Anthony, Tony, Jason, Harley and Tommy Lehane for their outstanding contribution. Kieran is an exceptional electrician who has resolved a number of complex issues efficiently and effectively. He consistently goes above and beyond, takes great pride in his work, and demonstrates a clear commitment to delivering the highest standards.
Anthony and Tony have also provided an excellent service. They have successfully managed and resolved complex leak issues while dealing with residents in a highly professional, sensitive and considerate manner. Their ability to coordinate with other trades and see matters through to completion has been particularly impressive.
Jason, Harley and Tommy Lehane from the FIRAS department have likewise been excellent. Their response times, attendance and overall turnaround times have been among the best we have experienced. They are reliable, efficient and consistently deliver works to a high standard.
In addition, Chelsea, Rob and Emily in the office have always been extremely attentive and proactive in supporting our requirements, ensuring that the appropriate trades are arranged promptly for both urgent issues and planned maintenance or repair works.
Overall, Masterfix have delivered an exceptional level of service across both operational delivery and office support. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Professional and skilled service
I don't normally bother with leaving reviews but I am happy on this occassion to make an exception as I was very pleased with the expertise and conscientiousness of Tony, the plumber, and Kieran, the electrical engineer who quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with my immersion heater and equally importantly took pains to put everything back as they found it, including re-hanging a glass-fronted kitchen cupboard door, which required skill and patience.

Great experience
Great experience, very happy with it. Danny C was super efficient and incredibly polite and professional. He was very quick to resolve the issue despite having to do a couple of trips and kept us posted about everything that needed done.
