I would like to say a big thankyou to the Wareham Meyers team. The whole process from the valuation right through to the selling and then buying has gone without any hic-ups. They were very friendly, listened to you and were available for any queries that you might have at any time of the day/night. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Initial phone conversations with Meyers have been polite and constructive. I had to leave a message but was phoned back later. Meeting the agent at the property was relaxed and friendly with a suitable amount of information provided. There was no printed detail of the sale offered. The agent did not have a ladder to look into the loft, nor did he have a key to the garage. However, we were not rushed and felt our comments were listened to. Paper work that followed via email, was clear and prompt and made us feel things were progressing. We are very pleased with the service we received.

AN ABSOLUTE MUST if you are looking for an estate agent in the Purbeck area.

From our very first phone call it was clear that Richard and Claire offer a service that is far above and beyond any other estate agency in the area.

Richard came to value our property within a week of our phone call. He was very professional, well prepped and had an extensive knowledge of our area. He had none of the sleaze or smarminess we experienced with other estate agents who also valued our property.

His valuation was realistic and at a price we agreed together and one that meant our house was sold at the asking price. After our initial meeting, our house was on the market within a week and sold within 6 weeks.

From that point on, we had constant updates from Claire. Who I can honestly say, is one of the most competent, diligent, hardworking and down to earth people who I have ever dealt with. It was as if we had become an extended part of her family and she made us feel cared for throughout our whole experience.

She phoned us on a weekly basis to update us before we sold. She talked us through each and every step of the whole process and gave us contacts for solicitors, removals and even the local handyman to fix a missing tile on our roof.

She then showed what an amazing work ethic she had after we sold.

The solicitors we had to deal with in order to complete our chain were the most difficult part of the process. Without Claire there is no chance that our sale would have been completed. Claire went above and beyond, she dealt with all the other estate agents in the chain, she spoke to the solicitors personally and when they didn't respond she spoke to their superiors and even got to the company director at one point.

My wife and I have always considered good will to be the biggest and most important quality of any person in their job! Without doubt, the good will Claire showed us, with the amount of hours she put into our move, was like none we have ever experienced before and it is unlikely we will see again.

Even on completion day, Claire was constantly on the end of the phone, hurrying and hastling the solicitors and other estate agents to get the deal done.

We can not recommend her, Richard and Meyers of Wool highly enough. There were NO NEGATIVES about their service at all and they made our experience of moving house so much better because of their hard work and INCREDIBLE GOOD WILL.

If we were to move again (We have no intention of that, as they also helped us to find the perfect house) They would be the first and only people we would go to.
