It is the 1st aniversary of our move from Wareham and we were reviewing our experience with Meyers.
Claire was fantastic from start to finish, incredibly professional.
We were relocating to the midlands, a logistics nightmare, Claire made things as easy as possible, due to the hard work and commitment from her and Richard.
Claire went above and beyond what is expected from an estate agent, and was available to answer any questions and offer advice to assist with our move. Claire was very quick with all responses. Communication was perfection.
Claire effectively liased with the agents selling the property we puchased.

Carrie and team at Meyers were fantastic. They always rang after viewings in contrast with other estate agents - so kept me very well informed about progress in selling my property. I have bought and sold many houses over the years and this was by far my best experience. Very grateful.

I was about to view a property at 5.45pm and drove in the road and then received a call from there office ( 5.40pm) saying they would have to re arrange the viewing as they had got the wrong set of keys to get in the property.
I then saw some other vendors coming from the property with another colleague of the lady I was talking to ???
Very very un-professional and am unsure as to whether I believed what I was being told
My wife was so let down like myself as we had been looking forward to seeing the property all day.

Did not inform of vital information regarding the property at any step in the process. We had to walk away after spending money on survey, mortgage valuation etc. Try to get you to use their broker, surveyor - probably in hope we'll just go through with the purchase. Very polite and helpful, but to get what they want and cagey in responses.

Claire, who I dealt with at the Wool branch was absolutely amazing. My flat purchase was an absolute nightmare due to pretty inefficient solicitors on both ends. It ended up with Claire getting information that the solicitors should have got and passing it over to them. If it hadnt been for the amazing work that she did I would have pulled out of the sale. Definitely 5 star review and more.

Helpful initial discussion with Mark about the property market. Realistic pricing of the property. Good advice about making the property more presentable and recommended local tradespeople. Being kept informed of all viewings and resulting feedback. Publicity and presentation of the property - excellent.

Gavin Whitfield facilitated the Best and Final Offers process, advised me of my success and ensured a speedy issue of the Memo of Sale.
Contacting people at Meyers was a little difficult as the advisors seemed to be run off their feet. I was surprised at how busy they were in the current, reportedly poor, housing market: perhaps Dorset is exempt?!

Great service provided by Mark & his team. The whole experience was positive starting with an ‘open house’ of the property we were selling, right through to completion within 3 months. We were kept well informed on progress & found the total cost to be competitive in comparison to other local agents.

The estate agent was on time to show us around the house, he appeared knowledgeable about the premises but did not apply pressure. We made an offer and due to the skills of the staff we managed to come to an agreement with the vendor. Buying a house is always stressful but their assistance made the first part bearable.
