Meyers Estates Omdömen 

Have now bought 3 houses with Meyers. One in 2016, two in 2021. Good at keeping me in touch with the progress of the sale on most occasions. Really good where the sale was straightforward. I would say very helpful in terms of helping you seek what you're looking for. Generally, don't show you stuff you won't be interested in.

Why not 5 stars? I would say they could have been more forthcoming on information regarding the trickier house. It would have left a less bitter taste if they had done so, but I suspect they were worried I'd pull out. The key pick up on the second house was pretty appalling. I had to call to find out how/when to pick up and ended up picking up very late in the day/early eve. I think they should have met me at the property. This was rectified by my picking up the keys effectively at their offices on the third house, but I still had to call to retrieve!!!!! I'm still waiting for the board to be picked up 13 weeks after sale.

It was a difficult purchase as paperwork from the other parties took ages to come back which delayed things massively - unfortunately out of mine and the estate agents control. Brad was great at chasing things and getting back to me promptly with an update. He also went the extra mile and made it possible for my Nan to visit the flat before she past. Once completed he dropped to keys directly to me to save me the journey to the office. Fab and friendly service

I have dealt with the Dorchester office. Staff are friendly and polite when contacted.
However overall I was a bit disappointed with the service. There were a number of small issues which added together resulted in me feeling that I would not recommend them. I have written directly to them with some suggestions for improvement.

Meyers came recommended by my Son, who sold his house through them. Their Sale Details were of good quality, especially the photos. Meyers created an impressive number of viewings, which resulted in several offers. The service and follow through from James, Lottie and Carrie was excellent. I would be happy to recommend them...

Jon Williams was the true professional and nothing was too much for him in helping us sell our house in such a short time. He answered all our questions and was very prompt in returning our calls. Jon gave us very good advice on how to show the house. We will be eternally grateful to him for what could have been a very stressful time, instead we had faith in what needed to be carried out for a successful sale.

We have used Myers Estate Agents on two occasions. Both times we have received excellent service. From the moment the valuer came through the door, we knew we were in safe hands. Throughout the selling process we were kept fully informed. Once an offer had been accepted, the team supported us through each step and were always available to answer any of our questions. The whole process was friendly, helpful and at all times thoroughly professional. We would recommend them highly.

We have just sold our parents house through Meyers Estate Agents Dorchester. Meyers gave great advice whilst getting the house ready to sell and they were easy and friendly to communicate with given the restrictions of lockdown. The house was priced accurately and resulted in a quick sale that went through speedily without a hitch. Completely recommend using Meyers to anyone looking to sell their house.

Brad was great. I cannot fault him. If he hadn’t suggested the removals we used we wouldn’t have been able to move before the stamp duty holiday ended.

All straight forward purchase. Good communication with Brad , nothing they could have done differently. Delays with searches which is nothing to do with them So deal with confidence

A faultless process from start to finish, Brad made what can be a stressful time more bearable! The photos of the property were excellent and the marketing was well done leading to a number of viewings & a subsequent sale. Communication throughout was very good, any questions were quickly responded to. Highly, highly recommended.

We've dealt with a lot of Estate Agents over the years and can honestly say, Susie Palin is simply the most genuine, proactive and helpful we've ever worked with. She supported us in every way, throughout the process, and was always willing and quick to help. Moves can be so stressful but Susies involvement really did make the move an easy one. She is truly remarkable and we would most certainly highly recommend her. Thank you Susie.

Great experience purchasing via Meyers, just wish I'd used them to sell as well, as my selling estate agent was terrible in comparison! Great communication from the Bournemouth team and very personable when showing me the property. Professional throughout, if I ever move again (which is NOT the plan!!), then I would use Meyers. 100% recommended.

Suzie was simply outstanding from the start of the process. My wife had engaged lots of the 'old breed' of estate agents, and to be honest they were boring, expensive and it seemed as if we were doing them a favour. She found Suzie who was the complete opposite; full of energy and passion from the start. We engaged the services of Suzie and she never let us down. Great photos, superb pitches on the usual selling sites. However, it was her immediate video on social media that found our buyers. Selling our home was not just about finances, we wanted to make sure the new owners were nice and would fit into village life. Not only did she out perform our financial expectations, the new owners are lovely.

Meyers make the rent process very easy, mostly down to the 2 ladies running that side of the business !

Despite a torturous end of the deal where we spent 2 weeks being told by all and sundry that exchange would happen 'today' everyday, overall Meyers Estates performed brilliantly. Pauline kept us in touch with matters relating to the delay in exchange. Having to reduce our price because the buyer was knocked down on their price of sale was a bit of a blow. But thank you Mark for doing all you could and staying in touch through the process.

Not an agent to ever be recommend in my view. They are extremely expensive, communication is very poor, administration side appalling. Responsiveness poor to emails and calls. The advertising and the sales progression very unacademic.

My husband and I recently purchased our first house through Meyers in Shaftesbury. Throughout the process, Brad was professional, friendly and helpful; he kept us in the loop with the sellers throughout and made sure we were informed of any and all relevant information as we progressed. We were given ample opportunity to view the property and Brad was very accommodating with fitting us in for viewings around busy work schedules and tenants residing in the property. We never felt rushed or hurried and Brad was able to answer all of our questions about the property itself, and the surrounding area.
