We recently had the Methven Instant Hot Water Tap installed and we couldn’t be more delighted. We had a smooth installation process (which is included in the cost of the tap) and we now couldn’t imagine our lives without it. We would recommend it to everyone.

The filter arrived but had no return postal paid bag. I had to ask for one and a prepaid label was sent, but no bag.

Fantastic customer service - very helpful and thorough

Fantastic customer service. My warranty had run out by a few months on Slinky mono mixer tap, but Jordon could not be more helpful. She found out the cost of a replacement part and then called me back to say that they would let me have it for free and posted it first class by Royal Mail, arriving the next day.

Having seen these types of taps advertised on social media we were very sceptical about the principle behind them and why we would need one, how wrong we were.
These taps are fantastic, look great in the kitchen simple to operate and how convenient they are, no kettles, no water filters, quicker cook times and the filtered water tastes fantastic.
The process from selection, to ordering, to installation was very smooth and professional.
I can honestly say it’s the best thing we’ve put in our kitchen and believe it took us so long to get one.
I can highly recommend Methven, you won’t be disappointed.

I had a bit of a problem with taps I bought which, ultimately, had been caused by dirt getting into the ceramic disc in the cartridge. This would have happened during the installation and nothing to do with the production. I have had first class support and help from this company where nothing seemed too much trouble. I only wish all businesses were like this! Thank you, Methven!

Easy online purchase procedures with easy to follow specifications and choices, order was processed quickly and went through without issue.
Contact with Methven was easy and after a few easy to understand questions an installation date was given and was followed up with confirmation by email.

I needed a flow regulator for my methven swan neck kitchen tap. Unable to source one at tool station (where the original tap was purchased), I tried the 0800 helpline on the methven company website. The lady who answered the phone was a tap expert. She helped me to identify the part and advised on the procedure for replacing the part.
To cap it all off, without hesitation, I was offered the part as ‘gesture of good will’. It arrived next day. The regulator was fitted and the tap is working again.
For customer service- this company excels.
The taps are great as well.

A professional company with exceptional customer services. Having purchased and had fitted one of their hot kitchen hot taps, the Methven team have been in regular contact to see how things are going, provided assistance and support in sorting out a replacement filter and have even made life even easier by setting up a subscription service for the filters to ensure I never forget when the filter is due replacing. I can speak highly enough about the service I’ve received, not to mention the hot tap which has been revolutionary, I wouldn’t be without it.

The thermostatic control valve on our shower became hard to move and a bit erratic with the temperature, so I contacted Methven to purchase a replacement valve. Upon hearing that it was a month short of the five year warranty Becky in customer services insisted that they replace it free of charge. I was very impressed as most companies want to charge for everything they can these days. Top marks to Methven and top marks also to Becky.

Enjoying having filtered drinking water on tap and immediately available boiling water and not having to use a kettle. Very convenient and well made. Fairly unobtrusive installation and cannot fault their after sales service should it be necessary. Would recommend to anyone.

4-1 Tap Brilliant! Loved the idea of instant boiling and filtered water from a single tap in a hard water area. Installer had work cut out as we had an old kitchen pipe set up but completed the job really well. Good to do your homework preparation before appointment. Since then it makes for great cuppas, goodbye plastic water bottles and so easy to use. The houseguests to date have all been envious. Very happy.

Total crap product made in china from very cheap materials I was waiting 7 weeks for installation I couldn't get a refund either would not deal with them again

I recently had the 4-in-1 kitchen tap installed. Throughout the entire process the customer service has been fantastic - I couldn’t pick a fault. The tap is also great. It is fantastic quality, looks great in my kitchen and the use is perfect!! So happy we have one of these taps in our kitchen.

Excellent help given with identification of an inherited leaking shower mixer and the part needed to repair.
Kim, i think, was immense with her patience. highly recommend for their after sales. this was a shower that was purchased and installed 7 years prior (not by myself) and they couldnt bend over backwards enough for me. new bathroom coming next year and ill work with them for my parts!

I recently needed help with a query regarding a (old) shower unit that had been removed for a bathroom refurbishment. I contacted Methven customer services and I have found their service to nothing less than outstanding from all staff, particularly Cassie the customer services manager.
My problem was solved very quickly and efficiently with an excellent end result.
Like a previous reviewer has written, this is the best customer service experience I have had and I will definitely purchase products from this company again.

Excellent customer service with broken 6 year old Deva kitchen tap, part replaced on warranty without a problem. Sent first class postage, what more could you ask for?

We recently replaced several taps in our house but one of the tap tops was faulty. I got in touch with Methven and their customer service was excellent and they quickly sent me a replacement at no charge with no quibbling. I would certainly deal with them again.
