Bought 2 No Asus Laptops in April.
I bought 2 No. Asus Vivobook OLED X1505Z i5 15.6 1TB, Laptops in April. One is fine but the second seems plagued with faults. Sometimes very slow, constantly loses the cursor, will not always accept the Windows Updates and has a default "Pause Updates for 1 Week, which I have tried to rectify these in Settings only to find the faults re-appear. Have had an Asus before and found the quality and build were top class but not one of these. I will have to contact Mesh to send it back and get the faults corrected. I don't know if I was sent a defective one because I am not from the UK, but nearby, being from the Isle of Man.

Excellent at rectifying mistakes!
When the computer I ordered was delivered I discovered it had the wrong specifications. However, Mesh sorted things out very quickly so that I had everything fixed in a week. Sometimes things go wrong, but the sign of a good company is when they put things right quickly and without any fuss. Thanks Mesh.

A quality product
The computer comes with top quality conponants and good build quality on par with branded products with no compromise and a lot less money, I was able to change a couple of the conponants for higher spec, the ordering and payment was easy and a quick delivery all on time, I have only had it for two weeks but very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend Mesh computers

Delivery day agreed and made; delivered in secure way. PC worked out of the box with no complications in installation and no problems subsequently. I think it is my third Mesh PC in 20 or so years. Never had a problem with them.

Cannot fault MESH Computers - Recommended
The sales team (sorry no name) were very helpful. My initial purchase had to be returned, because it did not have a feature that was essential to me. My mistake. The item was collected and the return accepted. On a recommendation from the sales team I chose another laptop with everything I needed and more. Great choice. I had various questions throughout the process, but Customer Support, Rashmi Jain, was always very quick to responded and helpful. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Simple construction errors
I bought a bespoke desktop to replace my old outdated desktop. While the desktop is powerful, very fast and a significant upgrade on my old desktop, there were 2 issues:
1) I ordered Office 2021 and had to contact them to provide a link to this. Surely someone must check that everything ordered by the customer has been supplied? Obviously not.
2) The pcie card for 4 additional USB 3.0 was incorrectly installed and ultimately proved not to fit the box I ordered. Surely simple checking would been done to make sure that it worked? Again, obviously not.
So no. I wouldn't use Mesh again.

Advertised IPS panel, actually TN
I contacted MESH on 23 October 2025 about a laptop I purchased, which was advertised as having an IPS monitor but turned out to be a TN panel. Despite sending several emails to their customer service team and contacting sales, I received no response from Customer Service.
This was particularly unexpected, as I chose to purchase the laptop from MESH based on its positive reviews and public profile.
After escalating the issue again on 12 November, I received a call and was offered a resolution, which I accepted. The two employees who handled my escalated complaint were polite, and the matter was resolved the same day. I was informed that MESH’s earlier replies had bounced back due to an Outlook issue on their end.
It’s frustrating that the communication issue persisted for so long, especially from a computer retailer, but I’ve accepted the resolution and am relieved the matter is now resolved.

Fast, quiet & good value customer built PC
I have had my new PC 9 months now, I’m very happy with it, it is fast, quiet and custom built so I could reuse some existing drives. And it was very well priced compared to similar specs elsewhere.
I did later discover an issue with the video drivers which wasn’t obvious and only affected one application, Mesh Support wasn’t as helpful as it could have been, but fortunately I’m technical and confident enough to reinstall things so I sorted it out myself in the end.
Overall I very pleased with it, and at the price it was excellent.

I thought pricing was good
I thought pricing was good, product seems great. Delivery was as said and delivered on time and date. Couple of issues regarding software which when I contacted them someone resolved straight away ( to be fair this could have been my lack of knowledge). Unsure if I gave registered product which is a bit of an issue.
