The company have the right products
The company have the right products at a competative price. Build quality is excellent. Support when I had problems activating Windows 11 this was fixed quickly, Whilst I am at the stage of setting up the programs etc I am impressed

Excellent service - I thought I made a huge mistake but......
When I thought I made a huge mistake by buying the wrong laptop for my requirements, it was instantly resolved with no quibble.
My heart sank when I discovered from the manufacturer that the product I had bought would not do what I wanted it to, so I called Mesh to see if they could help and immediately they arranged collection and a subsequent refund. I then started again and was advised which product I should purchase, received it the next day and am now up and running.

QA could be better
I would have given 5 stars as the equipment is excellent, the pre-sales service was top notch and the supply process was quick and efficient, however, upon receipt, I found one of the memory modules was not plugged in and was just lying at the bottom of the case - I plugged it in and everything now works.

Another excellent gaming PC from Mesh…
I have been buying PCs from Mesh for over 20 years and can recommend a Mesh PC very highly. I customised an order for a high end gaming PC and the performance in both sound and graphics is excellent. The order came on time even although I live in the Scottish Highlands. Excellent service and product, and helpful advice when I was building the specification.

They trashed my computer
My Mesh PC needed a motherboard upgrade to be able to run Windows 11. I paid them, the PC was collected and a week later it was returned to me. After putting everything back in place I found it wouldn't work as it kept hanging up. Eventually I phoned their technical department and, after trying several things, the diagnosis was that the hard disc was failing. As this happened while the machine was in their "care", I consider that they bear some responsibility, but they don't seem to see it that way.
The reply from Mesh suggests I should get in touch with their customer services. That has already happened and they belatedly accepted some responsibility, but by then I had set up a solution using an external drive and a backup I had taken. However that means I need another external drive for future backups and Mesh are refusing to provide that, even though they have offered to replace the internal drive. Their approach would give me lots more inconvenience of having to migrate back. It's like having someone crash into your car and they then insist they have the right to carry out the repairs themselves!

The £1,999 laptop I bought began…
The £1,999 laptop I bought began showing multiple error messages immediately upon first use. Despite performing only basic tasks such as office work and web browsing, the device would automatically restart itself several times daily.
When I contacted customer service to report the problem and requested a replacement unit before returning the faulty one—emphasizing that I required a functioning computer for work—my request was denied. This left me with no alternative but to cancel my order and request a full refund.
Throughout the process, I was repeatedly warned that any scratches on the laptop or missing packaging components would result in my refund being denied. The combination of refusing a replacement and these refund-related warnings made me feel as though I wasn't being trusted as a customer, which was particularly disappointing given the circumstances.
Ultimately, I received my refund three weeks after the original purchase and chose to buy a computer from Dell instead.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Mesh or their laptop products.

Great system and customer service
I bought a batch of 7 computers. Great machines with no problems. There was an issue with the Windows licence key on one system. Phoned customer service and got the problem resolved quickly with no fuss. Highly recommended and would certainly use Mesh Computers again.
