Nice house, but a few issues

The house was very nice for the most part. The carpet in the living room was very dirty - spots everywhere.

The back door did not lock. When we requested them to come out to fix, they did. Then it stopped locking again.

There were clothes left in the downstairs bedroom by another party.

The dryer kept shutting off after about 2 minutes. Had to continually restart it to dry our clothes.

The cable never worked. Asked for a discount and reported all of these issues, with no response from management.

Dissatisfied

We stayed at Depoe Bay Whale Song condo. Dirty area rug , Filthy windows, old, outdated crowded furnishings, Broken sofa, light fixture hanging off wall, old bedding, old and scratchy towels, out dated decor, dark walls, water damaged laminate flooring, old and stained carpets. Entire house needs updating ,maintenance and a good cleaning. Bare minimum tv channels. The only saving grace was the view (once WE washed the windows).

We were very disappointed with our stay…

We were very disappointed with our stay at Seacrest south of Waldport on the Oregon coast. The location and beach access were great, but the condition of the house was grim. This home/cabin is very old and lacking. Nothing in the home has been updated since probably 1970. Clearly there has been no maintenance or deep cleaning in decades. The carpeting was old, dirty, and stained. We chose to keep our shoes on in the house so we wouldn't have to touch it in bare feet. The linens were old and very worn, a living room curtain rod was broken and hanging down. Both of the toilets ran constantly and worked only sporadically. Years of grime settled on every horizontal surface - baseboards, door, window sills.
I reported my dissatisfaction to Meredith Lodging and they left two messages on my phone, wanting to send someone out to fix the toilets. However, there is no cell service at this location and I did not receive the voice mails until I had returned home. I have since written to Meredith with my concerns, and they have not responded. This place is way overpriced and should be taken off the rental roster. It looks more like it is awaiting tear down.

We stayed in a beach home in Neskowin and the place was disappointing. The carpet was covered in old stains. In fact we had to buy carpet cleaner and clean it ourselves. The bedding was unwashed. In general the home was uncomfortably dirty.We will never rent through Merideth again

The pictures are misleading.

We stayed at 401 NW 6th Ave, the Lake Front Beach House in Rockaway, OR. The positives: Right off hwy 101 and close to town and the beach. The guest bath had been newly renovated with a nice walk-in shower and double bowl vessel vanity sinks. Very nice.
The negatives: the property overall is in need of some TLC and we thought that the pictures were misleading. The front stairs are in need of repair. The first thing that hit us was the smell as we walked in. Clearly no one had been in the property for a while. On the second door into the house the lock was broken. The large windows in the living and dining room had no shades on them and there was no outdoor lighting on back patio so couldn't see at night. The pier outside leading to the lake looked really cool in the pics on the website but when we got there it had a sign that it couldn't be used because it needed repairs. Probably the biggest disappointment was the beds and mattresses: outdated and uncomfortable, all of them. The picture of the comforter in the master bedroom on the website was a big fluffy white down comforter. The actual comforter was nothing like that. The other two beds in the downstairs bedroom were no better, new mattresses needed and not comfortable. There was no wifi or cable (stated on the website) but there was a DVD player and DVD's. However, the DVD's were burned off of tv, complete with commercials. Utterly embarrassing that a vacation rental would offer these, especially when DVD's are so inexpensive now. Also, most of the house had a beach-themed feel to it, which we could see from the pictures. However, in the master bedroom it had a couple of creepy pictures/paintings that we ended up taking down. Why not make the whole house beach-themed? With a few updates, repairs, regular maintenance and having a cohesive beach theme throughout, this could be a really nice rental. New mattresses, blankets and comforters for the beds, a collection of actual store-bought DVD's available, repairing things as they break (door locks, front stairs, the back pier, etc.) would make a HUGE difference in the quality of stay for guests. Since these things have been overlooked, I wouldn't really recommend it to anyone. The pictures were deceiving. We are a family of four with two kids and we made the best of it, but for a 3-night stay, I would book elsewhere. I will really think twice before booking with Meredith Lodging again based on my experience.

I did look into this situation and as you did not contact us during your stay, I see that no one on our team knew to help you out. We have already repaired and updated many items. As for bedding, that is very often rotated for cleaning. Other recommendations like new mattresses and a cohesive beach theme design have been passed over to the owner. Great experience in Lincoln City

I had a wonderful experience with Mededith Lodging. I stayed in one of their condos for a week while on business and had everything I could have possibly needed to make me feel at home and comfortable. Myself and the partner I was traveling with did both encounter an issue with wifi in the beginning. After speaking with the staff we were both able to have maintenance help fix our problem and get us back on track. The location I stayed at was right on the beach. It had an absolutely stunning view, I was even able to see seals. The kitchen was stocked with everything I needed to cook for myself. I definitely would stay at this location again and recommended it to anyone.

We recently stayed at one of the…Meredith property that’s in desperate need of TLC

We recently stayed at one of the Meredith properties on the Oregon coast.. while the home was nicely decorated, the general upkeep and maintenance was sadly the pitts! Hot tub was filthy and masked by over chlorination, hot tub cover was disgusting, pots and pans were less than desirable to use for cooking.
We bet the throw rugs, and blankets hadn’t been laundered in many ,many months. All of this was due to poor property or owner management. We enjoyed our stay with family we hadn’t seen since the pandemic but rather disappointed at the lack of attention to important details every rental should have. We’ve had rental properties in the past and would NEVER overlook these important details when offering our place to guests. Items overused need replacing regularly,

Unsatisfied for the price...

We booked our week stay in 15 Pole House in March 2021 and the trip was in July 2021. At the time we decided to splurge to get a roomy house, with a hot tub, bikes, etc. At the time we reserved the house it said the hot tub was OOO but we figured it would be fixed in four months time. We found that not to be the case. The home itself also did not look like it did in the photos, and while there were six bikes, three of them were for children and one of the remaining three adult bikes had no working front brakes. The home did not appear to have had a good cleaning in quite a while as there was pink scummy type build up around the edge of the main bathtub that could be scrapped off with your nail. The microwave was dorm room sized as a bag of popcorn could barely pop all the way. Meanwhile, there was a range/hood microwave (at least the box of one, we didn't pull it down to take a look) above the washer and dryer. The TV/DVD combo in the bunk bed room wasn't working. The bunk bed itself was unsteady/shaky and that was a concern as our young boys used them. We definitely would not have let our bigger/older kids use them. There were light bulbs out in the hall and the dryer is on it's last leg as we would have to dry a load a couple of times to get it completely dry. We texted Meredith Lodging to make them aware of a few of these things when we first got there and their reply was a thanks for letting them know and to let them know if we came across anything else. We ran out of toilet paper that last day and there were only eight of us that ended up making the trip while the house was supposed to sleep ten. The hot water also only lasted a couple of people at a time. Considering the number of people the house can hold, we expected a larger tank that would cover more of us. We paid close to $5,000 for our weeks stay and it definitely was not worth it. We could have saved a couple thousand for a house that was probably in better condition with a working hot tub and for sure a few thousand less if we'd opted for a house that didn't provide a hot tub at all. To say we were disappointed considering how much we spent, would be an understatement. If a hot tub is not working for over a month, it should not be included in the listing at all as that is misleading given most would expect a fix by then. The eclectic décor may be quaint, but that, the lack of cleanliness, and the other things noted here is not worth the amount we spent and I cannot recommend this particular home to anyone unless the cost is reduced by at least a $1,000 or more. I will end this review with a few positives: it had WiFi, Netflix, a working dish washer, the oven and fridge looked somewhat new, close proximity to the SHARC and came with SHARC plus passes, and it appears they are slowly remodeling bits of the house as the main floor bathroom seemed to have updates in progress.

Very dirty home

We've stayed with Meredith before but this time the house we got was beyond disgusting. The carpet smelled so bad that we had to open all the windows and leave them open the whole time. I ended up calling to report it the first day cause it smelled so bad. It smelled like pet urine and very sour. I'm super bummed this happened but the home needs to pull out the carpet. On our last night I had my shoes off and I stepped on a carpet tack strip and man did that hurt.

We do appreciate feedback and review how we can improve and train our team toward happier resolutions. On the call, you said you wanted to report a wet carpet smell. You stated that you believed the carpets had been shampooed and then not given enough time to dry. Our agent offered to come out to see what could be done to air out, dry, or provide air fresheners. You stated that you just wanted to let us know. I do apologize that you ever encountered an issue to start with. You should arrive to a fresh, clean smelling home. I have contacted housekeeping to remind them to air out wet carpets as long as possible. It is often difficult as we do carpets last so as not to walk on them, and also must lock up upon leaving. Thank you again for your feedback and giving us this opportunity to improve. We do hope you will consider giving us another chance in the future.

Disgusting

Disgusting! *Blood stains and urine stains on the mattress pad on the bed in the main bedroom! Wasn’t until we were asked to strip the bed, put the dishes in the dishwasher and empty the trash and after paying a cleaning fee, did I notice there was disgusting blood and urine stains that were never changed out with a clean mattress pad and we slept on it overnight! I’m pretty sure there are strict housing hotel and rooming sanitation laws in effect especially with Covid right now and none where followed! We rented a ski house at Mount bachelor through Merdith Lodging Bend, Oregon Ski House number 121! The air conditioning not working when we got there and a portable unit in the living area that took up the majority of the sitting room it was so big and blew cold air on fold out sleeper that had hair all over it? Blankets for sleeper sofa haven’t been washed probably ever? Absolutely no air conditioner in bedroom and the amenities that we paid for the clubhouse including the pool closed at 6 PM unbeknownst to us when it states clearly on the pool sign at pool and on the website at time of us renting this unit that the POOL didn’t close till 9:00pm and check-in is at 5:00pm? I have called Meredith lodging three times and I have filed an official email with pictures of proof two times and I’ve been told I’d be contact over the last three weeks and I have not heard a word! If there was zero stars trust me I would definitely have zero stars! If you don’t like paying $300 to sleep in other peoples blood in urine stains and have no amenities that you paid for then go ahead and rent this place! I wonder what the owners would think about the money that they pay for the property management there at Meredith lodging for the cleaning and other services there and what is actually not being cleaned and services not being performed?

Meredith Lodging replied to this post (my post), saying the blood stains on the mattress pad we where left unbeknownst to us to sleep on where old and that the pad was washed before our stay! NO the blood stains where old but never was this mattress pad washed! They where dried blood stains NEVER BEEN WASHED and they made no mention of the FRESH Urine stains right next to the old never washed blood stains! They have only refunded me 1/2 off the 1 night stay fee to date! Keep posted because I most definitely will keep you unknowingly and innocent hotel patrons updated!

Kim, I am very sorry to hear you were unhappy with the home and the situation. We did try to resolve this with you and refunded nearly half of your total. After that, you submitted a chargeback which we accepted, so you have been refunded in full. I do have to say that there seems to be some missing details in your review. First, we do not decide pool hours or have any control over it. That is through the HOA. We had no idea they were going to close early that day, as there was an issue with staffing that had nothing to do with us. We are the rental agency the owner hired to rent out the condo for them. Next, your review sounds as if we asked you to clean up after the previous guests, when this is actually the requested check out procedures to take out your own trash, put your own dishes in the dishwasher, and strip the beds of your own sheets. It is requested as a courtesy to housekeeping but is not a requirement. We do still charge a cleaning fee as there is still so much more than just those things that must be done to clean the homes and condos. The air conditioning in this condo is a standing unit (as listed on the description of the home during the booking process) that the owner installed because the place has no central air. It does not cool quite as effectively in the bedroom during the hottest part of summer but it was of the opinion of the owner that it was better to have a standing unit than no unit at all. All the bedding has been replaced but our housekeeper and inspector verified that new bedding had been put on prior to your arrival. As you were unhappy, we did ultimately provide a full refund. Again, our apologies that your stay was anything less than perfect.

My husband and I were recently…

My husband and I were recently traveling from Oregon to Washington for our dogs surgery and our dog unexpectedly had to stay an extra night. We tried to book a room near our dog in Longbeach WA and come to find out because of the heatwave there were no rooms available anywhere on the coast. We called many rental agencies including hotels and came up empty handed. Our last call was to Meredith Lodging and after explaining our situation and extensive search on their end they found us a place to stay in Manzanita. It was by far better than any hotel we would have rented. In lieu of traveling back home which is hours away they came through for us.

Nice homes!

We've stayed in a few Meredith Lodging rental homes over the years and have had good experiences. I recently rented a home and had something come up that I needed help with and someone took care of it right away. Looking forward to our next Oregon beach trip!

Meredith Properties Sunriver - Violation of Trust

Meredith Properties Sunriver - A Violation of Trust so Renters Beware!
For our first venture out after a year+ under COVID, we chose a Meredith managed home in Sunriver, OR. We based this choice (among other options) on Meredith’s stated Professional COVID cleaning policy to ensure a “safe” experience. Turned out to be not so much so, but good marketing on their part.
Getting here; the rental information provided a street address - which led us to the middle of the road - Sunriver doesn’t use street addresses - they use Loop names and sequential numbers on each house - we would not have found this location without a call to Meredith which was fortunately open at that hour. Then the house keypad access code was 6 numbers with an asterisk * at the end. We tried that multiple times and didn’t work. Again a call to a Meredith rep who said to try the keypad check mark at the end of the sequence, not the asterisk *. Finally that worked, but that correct information would have been very helpful. (If this had been a late-night arrival we’d have never found or gotten into this rental - maybe improve communications?)
Cleanliness in this house was nowhere near what we expected from their COVID cleaning policy to ensure a “safe” experience. Even without COVID, this house should never have been rented without a cleaning inspection from someone. We found leftover sunflower seed shells (so someone ate them) on the living room chair, under couch cushions and on the carpet. So nothing was cleaned or vacuumed in this area. And truthfully, the carpet needs a good shampooing or just plain needs replacing - tracks from front door across living room.
There were ripped off clothing tags on the floor in the master bedroom, a plastic bag behind the nightstand, and the dresser had not been dusted at all. Again, didn’t seem like anything was vacuumed or dusted in this bedroom.
We found Cobwebs over the kitchen counter, there was dust and dirt in the bottom of the utensil holder on the stove. I cleaned and washed all that out before using the utensils. But the worst were the wine glasses from the cupboard that had so many fingerprints and smudges, we had to rewash them all by hand as well as cups before using them. Can only assume that the dishes and utensils were clean. And this is COVID-level cleaning?
We also found one of the TV remotes stuffed between couch cushions otherwise no way to control the TV. It took us more than a ½ hour to figure out the 3 remotes and which worked for the TV, DVR, and DVD player. Instructions would have been helpful.
The patio deck had not been cleaned at all. We understand that the pine trees were losing their pollen, but there were bird droppings everywhere, so once again we had to clean the table and chairs before we could even sit out there.
The hot tub needs major help. Temperature adjustments ranged from 98 to 106 degrees, lights/jets don’t work.
The gas fireplace was a nice, however took us a while to find the wall control to operate it. Again, instructions would be helpful.
We won’t trust a Meredith managed property again. We had rented the property for 6 nights, but we left early, there was no “safe” feeling about this rental. We were greatly disappointed, sad, disheartened, irritated and unsatisfied as we wanted our first venture out after COVID to feel safe and fun, which none of this was. As a side note: we have been to Sunriver many times and this was the first time we felt totally disappointed in what should have been a positive experience. We are also world travelers, and nowhere have we run across such an organization that gave miscommunicated directions and marketed Professional COVID cleaning policy to ensure a “safe” experience that definitely wasn’t true.

I know this does not make up for dropping the ball the first time around, and you should never have walked into the home this way, but we really hope you will consider giving us an opportunity to win your trust. We were in the middle of updating all the home instructions which were to be placed in the home during that break between guests. Additionally, the housekeeping manager was notified of the very apparent lack of high standard cleaning we require. An inspection should have been performed which would have caught all these issues. Again, we are very sorry and do hope you consider letting us prove we can be the dependable vacation rental company you can trust. Thank you.

Is there anybody that cares??

When we returned for our trip, I received an email wanting to get some feedback on our stay at the Diamond K in Depot Bay. Since I had some negative things, I thought I would share them privately with Meredith Lodging, in hopes that they would care and at least take notice of my comments. I have never received an email from them, which is extremely disappointing. I guess that is why they have the rating they do. So, I decided to make my comments public so others would at least know what to expect. I have included them below:
I have helped manage homes on Lake Travis for 10+ years so I really appreciate the time and energy in preparing homes for guests. And, I know no home can be perfect and do not expect that. I also understand how important the feedback can be as well as reviews. So, I wanted to take a little time and give you some personal feedback.
1) I feel the home was very clean! I was quite impressed!
2) It was also well stocked with most things we needed. The only thing we needed and didn't have was a platter or two. It is difficult keeping things stocked but you are doing a good job! And with Covid, it was nice having our own little bottles of things like dishwasher soap.
3) The carpets are in pretty bad shape, even for a vacation rental.
4) The windows are in horrible shape. I understand it is difficult to keep them clean with sea spray, but there is some kind of permanent film or calcium on the windows which made it very difficult to enjoy the view except on sunny days. When it was cloudy, the view was really obstructed. Since part of the reason we rented this home for the outstanding views, this was a huge disappointment! It was too cold and windy to enjoy the balcony so all we had for a view were cloudy windows.
5) The rug in the living room needs to be removed. Some of us tripped over it more than once!! We didn't fall, but it could be a real danger for other guests.
6) We were very impressed with the # of pillows!
7) The staff was very responsive while we were at the property. We couldn't get in because there was a problem with wifi or something but they took care of the problem for us. They also were very quick in responding when we didn't know how to turn on the fireplace.
We were hoping to find a home that we could return to over and over, but because of the windows, we will look for a different home, unfortunately. It has the potential to be a 5* rental but it is not at this time.
Overall, we did have a great time.

makes most of their profits on cancellation policy collections

Updated on 5/19/2021: The agency wrote (as seen below) saying they wanted to connect with me, but they have not done so. I will hope to hear from them by the end of the day, but at this point, I call scam from this agency. I will continue to pursuit my lost money, and have reported this incident to the BBB. Disappointing.

5/17/2021: I booked a stay through Airbnb for August 9 for 4 nights on May 12, 2021. May 17, the family that intended to join me and my child had an unexpected medical diagnosis and emergency, making it impossible for them to travel to Oregon from Philadelphia. I contacted the host, and was told it was policy that they keep the 50% fully paid for reservation (yes, I did mis-read the policy which stated a 50% refund if cancelled prior to July 10). The amount they collected from me was $1534. This amount is for what, a reservation cancelled after 5 days with 3 months advance notice? I find it ridiculous to believe they won't re-book this Oregon Coast property again for August. I made 2 contact attempts via Airbnb, and was told twice “it is out policy”. After I contact Airbnb for assistance, they too met with resistance from Meredith’s.
All in all, this seems like very shady practice. I wouldn’t be surprised if this agency makes most of their profits on cancellation policy collections, and hedges their bets that no one will legally follow up with them.

I am sorry you had difficulty with the cancellation policy but very happy that we were able to provide you a refund in full as you requested. The policy is set in place to protect our homeowners' rental income. That rental income goes to the individual owners. You did agree to book the home with the cancellation policy in place. However, we do understand that situations arise to consider exceptions. This becomes a slippery slope, however, as everyone has a good reason when they cancel. Who decides whose reason is worthy? Further, when you book with Airbnb we have less flexibility. They will have you thinking it is our choice to overrule our own policy - and that is correct - however, if we do that more than a few times, Airbnb penalizes us for not standing by the policies. SO in order to make an exception for you, this had to go through many reviews. Again, I apologize that this was a lengthy process but feel confident we made up for the delay by making an exception for you and providing the full refund.

This definitely sounds like a situation we would really like to work with you on. We do consider case by case situations for exceptions to the cancellation policy. The policy is a 30% cancellation fee, not 50%, but as I said, it sounds like your situation warrants an exception. Terrible experience

I rented one of their "luxury" properties in Lincoln city, the "breakwater beach house". House looked great in the photos until we arrived to realize everything was broken- ice machine, screen doors, closet doors etc. carpet was filthy in the living room. The "large flatscreen" tv would have been great to use if it didn't have a line through the screen impacting the picture. Such a cheap TV. No cable, you can access Netflix if you spend 30 minutes attempting to get logged in.

I contacted the company to check the propane prior to our arrival as we rented another property with them earlier in the year and arrived to an empty tank. I didn't realize I needed to also request that the grill actually functioned, the igniter was broken. An entire meal wasted.

The best part is the advertisement in the amenities list of heat- the thermostat in the basement is locked behind a glass case and cannot be accessed. What cheap people. Hilariously they sent maintenance over to fix the issue and the guy laughed and said he didn't have a key for the box. It was super enjoyable sleeping at 61 degrees in cold weather with a sheet as your blanket as the top blanket had not been washed. The TV in the "master" doesn't even work. The shades they have on are useless as they block no light, I had to sleep with a shirt on my face. Then at 12am an alarm started going off in the living room which woke the kids up, that was fun. Night two the kids were kept up by the Meredith lodging property directly next door of a large group partying outside.

Every dish had food stuck to it that was put away. Oh, and don't expect two towels, expect one towel per bathroom that feels like a rag. I contacted the company about all of this, they blamed the owners and stated, "they don't decide the towels"- didn't they decide to list a property as "luxury" on their website??

I contacted the company throughout the stay due to all these issues. I received no apology, nothing. When I told them the grill they advertise for the property couldn't even be used, no response. I received a response only when I had to tell them I would be taking legal action for the misrepresentations and fraudulent amenities list. The company claims they are completing an "inspection" and will be refunding me accordingly. If that happens and I don't have to report this fraudulent company I will update this review.

Thanks to you, we have created a work order including all the items, repaired and replaced them, and have restored this beautiful home to where it should have been when you arrived. I am just so sorry it was at the expense of some of your valuable vacation time. I rented an ocean front home for my birthday for my family and I. There were lots of homes but I wanted one that had a hot tub. When we arrived we found the hot tub was not working at all. It would not heat up and I am sure it was not working prior to my arrival because it had a pump that wasn’t working. Also the gas stove had 6 burners and we were lucky to get one to work. It would light and then when you put the pan on it would go out and other times it wouldn’t light at all. I spent the whole vacation calling Meredith lodging to get both problems fixed. On the day before we left the guy shows up to fix it and made a point of telling me how far away he was, not my problem. He spent about a half hour working on it and then said it was fixed. He was gone maybe 5 minutes and I checked it and it was still not working. I called immediately so he could come back and fix it, he never showed up. I complained to Meredith lodging about both issues expecting them to make it right. We didn’t even stay the last night. They have been telling me I would hear from customer service and they are just avoiding me now. This is not good business practices.They should have told me it wasn’t working prior to my arrival so that I could find a different home to rent. Very disappointing experience. They have lost any future business I would have done with them. The home I rented was 5345 NW Jetty Ave. in Lincoln City. If you have a stay coming up you might want to find out if repairs have been made before going.

Michele, We are so sorry this happened during your stay. We never want our guests to experience any surprise issues that negatively impact the vacation. The fact that you were not made to feel like this was priority number one is a problem we must correct. Our team jumps into action in the background - calling maintenance and/or housekeeping, vendors and the homeowner. Information is written up, work orders are made, vendors are scheduled and confirmed and all the details get added into the reservation and home notes. This was all going on during your stay as we learned of the broken hot tub on your arrival, then the stovetop soon after. I found a detailed history in the account of emails & calls trying to get these things handled. The problem I see here (aside from the obvious - we always want everything working properly at all times!) is that our team failed to communicate with you directly all that we were doing and the delays we were encountering getting the vendors out leaving you to assume we were doing nothing at all.
After you checked out, we were able to repair both the tub tub and the stove. Additionally, we have called twice and emailed you with the intention of offering you compensation for the trouble. I understand you may not be interested in hearing from us at this point as we have left you completely frustrated. If you might consider, please call us back. We would love to work with you. I do not want to lose a valued guest. Thank you.

I had a medical emergency and had no…

I had a medical emergency and had no choice but to cancel my stay. My reservations are over two months away. I paid a down payment of 2K. Looking at the same days I had reserved, today's total cost for those days is only just over 2000.00. This simply doesn't compute. IE., today's reservations are half the amount I had to pay. Because I was forced to cancel, I was charged 1200.00. Does this seem fair? My cancelation fee would pay for three nights at today's cost. While I realize there are expenses related to canceling/setting up new reservations, it is blatantly obvious this company is solely interested in ripping people off....regardless of the circumstances.

At the time that you cancelled, you were subject to this policy and had not purchased travel insurance that covers for situations like this. As the reservation is still a few months off, and you have a surgery scheduled keeping you from being able to enjoy a vacation at this time, we have refunded $1764.19, holding only a cancellation fee. My preferred vacation rental manager

Meredith Lodging is my preferred place to rent vacation homes in the Lincoln City and Newport area. I love knowing that the houses will be clean and paper supplies and soaps provided. If there is any problem they are always available. I was astounded one night to text them at midnight about a refrigerator not working and have them respond immediately with a offer to send out a repairman. If anything is not working they are available 24/7 to make it right. That is worth a lot to me to ensure my precious vacation is not ruined. I highly recommend them.
