Fast delivery and really good customer service! I had a query and they answered promptly and really helped me. They sent out some samples which is so lovely because I love k skin care but just never know what to buy so they will really help! Will deffo be ordering from again!

Great for K beauty
My order came very quickly, all my products have been great, the prices are very reasonable only issue would be the courier damaged the box and all the packing but all products were fine so it’s not a prob.

First and last order on this website. I placed an order 10 days ago and never received my products. Are the items coming directly from Korea...? Also, I ordered as a guest and saw they created an account for me. Anyway, to avoid.

We can see from the tracking information on 9th January, the courier (Hermes) had to reschedule your delivery. On the 10th of January, the driver noted this, "Your local courier couldn't make it out to you today but they still have your parcel for delivery on their next working day". Unfortunately, we have no control over the courier's delivery operations therefore we have asked the courier company to update us on the parcel status and are awaiting their reply. We would recommend finding your tracking number within the dispatch email, or in your account to see the latest delivery status. Kind regards, M&S Team

Delivered quickly but awful returns…
Delivered quickly but awful returns policy that wasn’t shown before buying the product. Basically I can’t return the product I bought even though I only tried it once and had an allergic reaction to it.

We understand from your return request via email - the reason was due to the BB cushion shade not matching your skin colour and that it looked ‘cakey’ on your skin, not because you had an allergic reaction as per your review.
As with all products, we expect, encourage customers to do extensive research on each and every product prior to purchase as they know their own skin best. Furthermore, we are always available to help and answer any questions they may have about a particular product.
