Always a great experience
Melon + Starfish never do me wrong. Delivery is quick, products are packaged well with care and the samples are a welcome bonus to try new things. I shop regularly and find the website easy to use. Maybe the only downside is a few things sell out which is disappointing but it’s to be expected. Will certainly keep buying all my skincare with Melon + Starfish in the future!

I’ve been a customer for a few years…
I’ve been a customer for a few years now and I highly recommend them.
Products are authentic, they provide free samples with every order, and they pay attention to and action any notes you add to your order. It might be considered a small thing but I really appreciate it as it avoids issues with lost or stolen parcels and is opposite to what I’ve experienced with other K-beauty sellers.

Amazing!!! I recommend to every soul out there!! It is not what I ordered vs what i got at all. Everything came exactly how they looked in the pictures, they all did everything that the information said it would do, and they all came on time. I'm so glad I found a K-beauty site that offers products I haven’t seen on other stores! I’d been searching everywhere for the Clio cushion foundation, and this was the only place that had it in stock. Even better, they shipped it out the very next day. After placing my first order, I browsed the rest of the site and found tons of other items I can't wait to grab in my next purchase
