Have ordered a few things from here excellent service products delivered promptly

Ordered a helmet at an amazing price late on bank holiday Monday. It arrived in perfect condition on Wednesday afternoon. Brilliant service as usual

I bought an Oxford Cypher 1 bike jacket at a great price. Had to exchange it for a bigger size and the exchange process was so easy. The staff kept me informed of progress, the exchange was really quick and the jacket's great. Thank you!

Never again. Ordered a jacket that arrived with the security tag still on. Told by older sales guy to take around to stores to get it removed. Spent day and travelled approx. 60 miles to try and find someone who could remove the tag to no avail. Called back to discuss options and spoke to someone else and told to return and they would remove tag and return to me by return post and that they would also reimburse me for the inconvenience caused. Still waiting on the small refund and still no jacket even though I know this has been returned, so had to call back again only to be told by the older guy that they were short staffed and return had not even been processed. Also didn’t sound like I was going to be refunded. Due to bank holiday I would not get back for at least another 4 days, so after all the hassle I decided to opt for full refund and purchase from a better company!

Drove 2 1/2 hours to purchase a helmet and coms just under a grand ! Checked it was in stock before leaving and got there and it’s out of stock I did ask to try on another neotec. 3 different graphics and the person went to get the keys to unlock one and 25 minutes later he is serving someone else!! At this point I left the store still with my £1000 in my pocket ! The member of staff with the tats he looked so embarrassed and it wasn’t his fault ! I can recommend sports bike shop in Bristol but as for mega store I have spent £1000s in the past but will never darken your doors again

I recently visited Mega Motorcycle Store after passing my test and looking to buy my first 125, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I was helped by a gentleman named Jack, who mentioned he was new but you honestly wouldn’t have known. He was absolutely sensational from start to finish. He was already helping me before heading on his lunch break, and then before I finally decided on a colour scheme, I accidentally interrupted him during his break but despite that, he came back into the store to help me without hesitation. That level of dedication and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out, and I’m incredibly grateful.

He took the time to make sure everything I tried on fit perfectly, had me on and off a showroom bike to check comfort and positioning, and shared loads of useful knowledge about materials, safety, and what would suit the weather conditions I’ll be riding in for work. His attention to detail and genuine care for getting things right really stood out.

The store itself has a fantastic range of gear and bikes, the prices are very reasonable, and all the staff I interacted with were friendly and welcoming.

Overall, a brilliant experienceI’d 100% recommend this place to anyone, especially if you’re just starting out like I am.

Great Shop, great staff, huge selection of products and an even larger selection of help and expertise on hand. Ran by bikers, for bikers, great grub outside the door, and plenty of other like minded bikers and meet up point. Received some great help from Jack (with the tattoos) and also Tom, collectively gave me a tonne of help with my armor, helmet, bike equipment etc.

Couldn't recommend this place any more, its my only go to place for motorcycle gear and advice, there is no alternative. Check it out and you'll immediately see why.
