Facilitator was really good. Clearly knew what they were talking about. I can already feel my answers are more solid and that I feel more ready to recognise and deal with the unexpected questions.

Plenty of chance to practice interview answers, with specific, constructive, individually-tailored feedback. Small group sizes with a positive, encouraging atmosphere. Expert facilitator. I came away feeling much better prepared and equipped with the tools to continue my preparation.

Thank you very much for your feedback. Whilst many candidates like to prepare well in advance and attend the course a few months before the interview to kickstart their preparation process, others prefer to attend closer to the date of the interview.
As a rule of thumb, we generally advise people to attend the course 2 to 3 weeks before their projected interview date (as you rightly suggest). This leaves sufficient time for preparation and practice after the course, and also ensures that participants are close enough to their interview to have optimal focus.

Great course: practice, feedback, structures!
This was a great course run by ISC medical. The supporting information was really helpful pre-course and will be an excellent resource for interview preparation after the course as well.
The best part of the course was to practice in a supportive and non-confrontational environment. The instructor (George) was an experienced interviewer and was helpful in identifying things to work on for each individual and fed back in a very supportive and helpful way. The other great thing was a way of filtering questions to work out what they're actually asking and a structure to formalise thought processes.
Thank you so much, I hope this will give me the edge in my consultant interview.
