Engaging, practical and genuinely enjoyable
Rachel’s infectious personality quickly broke the ice across a diverse group, effortlessly drawing together the chatty and the more reserved. She remembered everyone’s names and was the oil that kept conversation flowing, allowing useful tangents while somehow keeping the course punctual and focused.
The breakout sessions were particularly effective: Rachel took the time to drop in, oversee discussions and keep everyone involved. She also introduced practical tools such as Mentimeter, Slido and Kahoot for polling, gauging opinion and testing learning—very much reflecting the course’s emphasis on engagement and effective use of technology. Overall, an entertaining, interactive and very worthwhile two days. —Top draw Rachel.
